Ending impunity requires including victims & survivors at every stage from the very beginning. Informing them is essential, and participation strategies must reflect social & economic realities. Inclusion isn’t symbolic, it’s structural. #Afghanistan #VictimCenteredJustice

Today marks exactly four years since Putin’s waged his war of aggression against Ukraine. Today, Robert H. Jackson’s words ring true: the “supreme international crime” of aggression demands accountability". open.substack.com/pub/jamestdl/p…

Our new report documents how, during the January 2026 uprising, IRGC led a centralized campaign of mass killings, ~50,000 arrests, systematic blinding, torture, digital blackout, and deployment of proxy forces. It reflects an organized chain of command and a pattern that meets the threshold of crimes against humanity. iran-hrm.com/2026/02/12/irg…

Hasht e Subh Daily@HashteSubhDaily

(Independent Investigative Mechanism for Afghanistan – IIM-A) 8am.media/fa/a-new-accou…

Open letter: Genocide prevention and accountability for Tigray “As women human rights defenders, we emphasize that genocide prevention is inseparable from gender justice. Sexual violence, attacks on mothers, the exclusion of girls from education, and the silencing of women's voices are not incidental harms of war—they are early indicators and tools of genocidal violence. Failure to center these realities undermines early warning systems and costs lives.”
