The worst mistake @Naturalicecream took was to franchise their brand to @RebelFoods1 @faasos to sell their ice creams on @Swiggy . After 1 hour of wait for a regular chocobite, what greeted was a mini kesar pista which melted and refroze in their freezers!

@OneCardHelp Yes, extremely helpful indeed! The response on the email is to try a smaller amount after 3 days because INR 36 was too big a transaction for one card’s internal risk guidelines people!

Do not count on @GetOneCardIN @OneCardHelp when traveling internationally! Flew to Muscat this morning and digital payment wise stranded because the card won’t work anywhere. App won’t let me connect with anyone saying no declined transactions when it is declining everywhere!!

So I sent a final email escalation to @aubankindia PNO office on 1st Jan, which was acknowledged on 12th Jan stating I would receive a response in up to 7 working days. I guess the bank has not been operational for entirety of January now.
