@Illini_tfxc_dir I agree Coach. Plus most college track & field programs have higher average GPA's and better graduation rates than most other college sports. And don't forget that your distance runners have three seasons - Fall XC, Winter indoor, and Spring outdoor. That's a lot of work!

Illinois Track & Field finished 3rd in the NCAA this year. So far the highest finish among all Illini sports. Wish sports reporters would give our young women & men some more love. They deserve it more than you can imagine. There are 350+ NCAA D1 track programs. Let it sink in.

When I was in the military, they warned us about people like @RepJoeWilson: “old men talking while young men die.” Joe Wilson has been in Congress for decades and seems to spend more time traveling on CODELs than in his own district. On a few occasions, he’s even asked to take photos with me, which is very odd for someone who now attacks peace talks. At any rate, Joe, you should probably stop wearing a foreign flag on your lapel and start acting like an American. I’m sure your constituents wouldn’t appreciate what you’re up to.
