@AldiUSA got a really bad/weird tasting batch of your Friendly Farms Super Zero Yogurt. 2026 Jun 21 (5) Lot: 814 15:34 Tasted sour, bitter and unpalatable. Kinda almost grainy? Never had a problem before. Might want to check into it, threw out the last one.

@AldiUSA I had the worst experience ever trying to order groceries online. I ordered multiple things for a dinner. I was having guests over for and I picked a time to have it delivered which would be plenty of time before my guest arrived. 15 minutes before the groceries were to arrive they sent me a updated message saying that they would not arrive until 7:45 PM instead of five 5 PM. I called Instacart who informed me that it’s all‘s fault because I made the order online with Aldi and there was no driver or shopper whichever to deliver my groceries. So I attempted to call Aldi, which no longer has customer service phone number or anybody in any store answering the phone. Horrible company to do business with as far as I’m concerned no excuse for the stores not to answer the phone or to accept somebody’s order unless there’s somebody able to fulfill that order.

@AldiUSA I have no idea what form. Instacart told me they are no longer delivering wine in my town & after calling multiple stores I found out that is a total lie. Are you still delivering wine via IC?

She had to check out and leave with what she had. She could not continue shopping. So instead of asking why she was using the wagon and gaining an understanding of our child’s DISABILTY, she was just told she was done. Come on @AldiUSA

@AldiUSA so my wife and child, whom is autistic were just kicked out of our local aldi for using a wagon to shop. Our son while in public uses it as his safe place to not become over stimulated. She was escorted to check out and told for security and safety…..

@AldiUSA With that said, I will certainly no longer visit this nor any other location. My experience this evening was so poor I can no longer shop in a store I once loved. So disappointing.

@AldiUSA Please remind your employees at Store #37 that basic service and professionalism are still expected. Too many other options in the neighborhood (@MomsOrganics @LidlUS) for me to continue patronizing a store with employees that clearly want us to shop elsewhere.

@AldiUSA what is the point of allowing customers to pick a time to get grocery pick-up but the groceries are never ready at the times I chose? It's not even showing the shopper has started shopping and my pick-up time is 12PM-1PM today.
