Just to clarify, I said I expect lawmakers to redraw congressional lines BETWEEN NOW and 2027 elections! I also expect them to redraw legislative and Supreme Court lines between now and 2027 elections!

You swap the word black with democrat. Democratic voters can vote for their candidate of choice. The law is very clear now. No more free seats based solely upon race. Democrats don't win larger offices in Alabama because they don't win on issues.
And to your point. Why don't republicans have seats in the northeast? They are heavily concentrated in certain areas. Care to explain that? Care to explain why democrats should be given seats at the table and republican are wrong but not the other way around?
