James Talarico reveals he has a "girlfriend" and wants to have kids "one day" in a new podcast interview "She is my rock. She is my best friend. I don't know if I could have gotten through the last six months of this crazy race if um if she hadn't been by my side."

@DLFlower2024 @amuse It's actually a tweet from Amuse. I can see his watermark, but again, it doesn't matter. He voted no twice on impeachment. If he supported impeachment, he would have voted yes.

TEXAS AG RACE: The White House has reportedly been warned that if Chip Roy becomes Attorney General, his first priority will be investigating and prosecuting Ken Paxton. The message is being used to pressure Trump to back John Cornyn, Roy’s longtime mentor and former boss. White House officials are being told Roy would rehire the seven staffers who accused Paxton to the FBI and use the AG’s office to settle scores and finish Paxton politically, whether Paxton reaches the Senate or not.

@DLFlower2024 @amuse Yes, his voting no on impeachment twice counts as him supporting impeachment. Stop believing memes on twitter.

@amuse Also funny how Roy is so anti-Trump and Muslim. mayes is so pro maga, and also, according to all your sources, Roy is gonna attack Trump and maga people, but Trump still won't endorse Muslim mayes. Maybe just maybe all the things you say aren't true

@AMRCA1st My business is sharing information obtained from people in the administration. I did not read this in the New York Times. What 'source' would you have me provide?

Texans don’t want government surveillance in their cars any more than they want corn in their cars. As your Attorney General, I will always fight back against ridiculous government mandates that threaten our freedom.

I am outraged that a swastika flag was raised overlooking Washington Square Park. This hateful antisemitic act was meant to spread fear among and intimidate Jewish New Yorkers. It has no place in our city. Our administration is committed to fighting antisemitism in all its forms and protecting the safety of Jewish New Yorkers. The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force is investigating this despicable act, and I am confident those responsible will be held accountable.

The last time @chiproytx worked in the Texas Attorney General’s office, he was escorted out of the building. AG @KenPaxtonTX gave him a choice: be fired or resign. The reason was his continued insubordination to AG Paxton. Ken Paxton was recently overheard in an audio clip saying, “I’m going to vote for @mayes_middleton” and that he “could not imagine [Chip Roy] stepping into that role.” I’m casting my vote for Mayes Middleton, too.

Just to clarify, I said I expect lawmakers to redraw congressional lines BETWEEN NOW and 2027 elections! I also expect them to redraw legislative and Supreme Court lines between now and 2027 elections!

BREAKING: Gov. Tate Reeves is canceling Mississippi's special session that was set to begin next Wednesday after a federal appeals court vacated an order requiring the state to redraw its Supreme Court map. The Republican added he expects lawmakers to redraw congressional lines in 2027.

On Monday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals vacated the opinion finding that Mississippi’s current Supreme Court map violated the Voting Rights Act and must be redrawn.   As a result, the injunction preventing Mississippi from using the current Supreme Court map was dissolved. This means Mississippi’s current map can still be used in all future elections.   While I always believed that the District Court’s opinion was erroneous and eventually would be overturned on appeal, to preserve the Mississippi Legislature’s right under both state and federal law to have the first opportunity to redraw the Supreme Court map, I set a special session of the Mississippi Legislature that would have begun next Wednesday. However, because the District Court’s injunction has been dissolved and the current Supreme Court map again is in full force and effect, there is no need for the Legislature to draw a new map.  I am recalling and dissolving my April 23, 2026, Proclamation which called for a special session to redraw Mississippi’s Supreme Court map next Wednesday. As I said this morning, I expect lawmakers to redraw congressional lines sometime BETWEEN NOW and 2027 elections. I also expect them to redraw legislative and Supreme Court lines sometime between now and 2027 elections. Today is not the end of the redistricting process — it is just the beginning! Stay Tuned…
