A bulk and cut later, 9 months total, and here we are. Up 10lbs in lean mass. And still 6% BF. Physique pics coming soon. Got up to 225, cut down to 195.

i think reducing carbs over reducing fat is better as a long term strategy. a higher carb, lower fat diet can be a great tool, but temporarily, as when you go too long with low fat your joints begin to ache and your hormones take a hit. and i’m not necessarily saying a keto or low carb diet is better than low fat, but just reducing carbs. many over consume them and it would be in their best interest to reduce them.

Getting the website back up from being shut down has been much more complicated than anticipated. We have a website. It’s up. Just working on optimization. Load times were around 30 seconds per action. Slowly getting that fixed. And the other big issue is — Credit Card processing. Since it happened over the weekend, we are pretty much in limbo with any credit card processing. One of our CC processors wants us to submit a new application and have the new website go through underwriting. Have not heard back from the other two. So with that being said, kind of stuck in limbo. On the bright side — learned our leason and took all the proper steps to ensure it will never happen again.

100% agree with this. My hamstrings have a hard limit. I clearly know when I hit it. I’ve tried to push through it on two occasions and pulled a hamstring both times and was out of commission for weeks each time. I push them hard… but to their limit… and don’t overdo it like I may do for other muscles like the quads or glutes.

I don’t know man. But it’s tough to push my hammies. Anyone else notice this. They kind of hit this point and go NOPE and that it. They shut off. I need my son to give me a little spot. I’m stuck.

When you’re in a position where BMI doesn’t work for you, you know it. And if you know that, you probably know what else you should look at instead. FFMI is a solid metric for those who carry more lean mass, that BMI calls overweight. I am 6”2’… 198lbs… about 10% BF. BMI is 25.4… “overweight.” But my FFMI is a 24… which is WELL above average. Literally 0.00lbs of visceral fat on my DEXA scan… so clearly I know I’m not “overweight.” But for the normal person… BMI checks all the boxes of letting you know where you stand.

Man… you shared this one a few weeks back. Holy crap. I grill… or grilled, chicken nearly every weekend…. Just gained all that time back. This stuff is AMAZING. Once you count your time, meal prep bags, seasoning… etc… it’s not even more expensive than doing it yourself! COSTCO for the win.

Echo… I have an Echo at home, and use an Assault Air Bike at a public gym while I wait on my boys doing JJ… so I use both several times a week. The Rogue Echo Bike is just better. Much smoother, quieter, more solid base…etc. Also… I had and seen the belts snap on the Assault Bike… but never on an Echo.

You've been lied to about Aspirin. All you've been told is that it destroys your gut and thins your blood... AND to use the coated version vs uncoated But what if I told you it's one of the most powerful metabolic tools on the planet? Here are the secrets 99% of people don't know about aspirin (& how life-changing it can be): 1/ Aspirin & Your Mitochondria Aspirin UNCOUPLES your mitochondria. This means it forces your cells to run FASTER. More heat produced. Faster metabolism. Your body literally burns more energy at rest. This is the foundation of everything. 2/ The Glucose Shift Aspirin shifts your body toward GLUCOSE metabolism. Why does this matter? Because cancer, diabetes, and obesity are all diseases of IMPAIRED glucose metabolism. Your cells stop burning glucose efficiently... And aspirin reverses that. 3/ The Performance Edge When your body burns glucose more efficiently, it becomes a machine during exercise. Because when your body needs energy FAST... It uses glucose. Not fat. Not ketones. GLUCOSE. Aspirin makes you better at using the fuel that matters most when it counts. 4/ The CO2 Advantage Nobody Talks About More glucose metabolism = more CO2 produced. And CO2 is not a waste product. CO2 causes vasodilation. CO2 increases how much oxygen your blood carries. CO2 is ANTI-INFLAMMATORY. Less muscle soreness. More oxygen delivery. More output. 5/ The Anti-Inflammatory Machine Aspirin reduces inflammation in a plethora of ways. It blocks prostaglandin formation. It reduces lactate buildup in your muscles. Less lactate = less soreness = your muscles work harder for LONGER. This is why athletes who understand biology use it. 6/ The Hormone Blocker Aspirin doesn't just fight inflammation. It directly blocks the hormones that destroy your body and your mind. Aspirin blocks PROLACTIN. Aspirin blocks CORTISOL. Aspirin blocks ADRENALINE. Aspirin blocks SEROTONIN. These are the hormones of stress, fatigue, and metabolic destruction. 7/ Blood Flow & The Viagra Secret Aspirin massively improves blood flow. In large doses, it has been shown to be AS EFFECTIVE as Viagra for erectile dysfunction. Let that sink in. A $0.10 pill... Competing with a drug that costs $10 per dose. And this list barely scratches the surface. 8/ The UNCOATED Truth Mainstream medicine tells you to take coated aspirin to "protect your stomach." This is backwards. Coated aspirin is designed to BYPASS your stomach and dissolve in your intestines... Which is exactly what causes GI bleeding and gut irritation. 9/ Why Uncoated Is SAFER Uncoated aspirin dissolves in the stomach. Where it's MEANT to work. It's absorbed faster. It works quicker. And it's actually SAFER for your gut than the coated version. The pharmaceutical industry doesn't want you to know this... Because uncoated aspirin costs pennies. 10/ Who Should NOT Use Aspirin Aspirin is powerful. And powerful tools aren't for everyone. Do NOT use aspirin if you are: • Scheduled for surgery • On blood thinners or anticoagulants • Dealing with a bleeding disorder • Allergic or sensitive to aspirin • Pregnant (without direct doctor supervision) • Dealing with active stomach ulcers Know your body before you use anything. In conclusion: Aspirin isn't just a cheap headache pill your grandma kept in the medicine cabinet. When used correctly, it can: • Fight disease at the root cause • Accelerate your metabolism • Boost athletic performance • Block stress hormones • Improve blood flow The most underrated compound in the world costs less than a cup of coffee. I used to get about four really bad lengthy colds every year. I started taking AG1 about four years ago. I now get 1-2 colds a year, and they now last a couple of days, not a couple of weeks. It allegedly has other benefits, but I don’t care, that alone has made it well worth the $88 per month.

Swisschems has been going downhill for a very long time. The COAs they had were modified, and not from the lab they did the testing. Trusted companies like Kimera chems do hlpc, mass spec and nmr testing and have verifiable CoaS for EVERY product. Swiss has COAs for a limited number of COAs. Kimera even has COAs for their bac water..

The company is SwissChems btw. They were considered reputable up until this point. Independent test results and everything. Take is this as a sign to be extra skeptical about anything you're injecting in your body. You're bypassing all of your natural detox mechanisms by going that route. Tread with caution.
ThePeptideList@PeptideList

The New Yorker just lab-tested research peptides from a popular online vendor. BPC-157: contained lead. TB-500: contained endotoxins. CJC-1295: less than 42% of the labeled dose. This is what people are injecting into their bodies. The peptides aren't the problem. The supply chain is. This is exactly why the FDA reclassification matters moving these compounds into regulated compounding pharmacies with cGMP standards and real quality control.

@brwonbunnie I can easily eat 1300 calories of white rice and steak, or chicken thighs… could even eat 1300 cals of rice and chicken breast. Adding other ingredients with fat makes it super easy. Butter, oils, avocado… fatter protein source.

Almost any protein, cooked in a way that isn’t battered and fried in oil, over rice or potatoes… is a damn near perfect meal. Different proteins for different seasons… if you are specifically trying to gain or lose weight. Which will also determine if you are adding butter/other fats to the plate for flavor/caloric need.

I wish the indoor rock climbing places opened earlier. I would do this 1-2 days a week in the place of the gym if it was available early AM. Such an amazing full body workout. More upper body obviously, but definitely still engages the legs, but also works grip exceptionally well. Kayaking is also awesome… love it… just not as accessible or convenient. Hiking is easy to get to… we do a fair amount of it because of the ease, but living in Houston, it’s not exactly scenic. Love to plan large hikes around the country through the year.
