Hey all, I'm not making money since months means I had 1 plan: Locked out all distractions and focused on building. I certainly did the wrong steps, but decided I would learn from mistakes, so: I'm building an health app Tbh not sure what will happen next :) Wish me luck 🙏

@AMVibecode I've tried a variety. I'm not currently hiring UGC creators for my newest app. But my previous team has used @sideshift_app (@nicholasnlawton), Handshake, linkedIn, and a variety of inbound/outbound sourcing methods

5.5M+ views. 51 videos. 25 days. a few went viral. most didn't. the point was never to chase the viral ones. make distribution a PRIORITY before your app has a single user. at launch, you don't have a product problem. you have a "not enough data" PROBLEM. the fix is VOLUME: → 1000-2000 views per video → posting at least 5x a day for 30 days (that's 150k views/month) that's enough to improve your app in the beginning. there's no way you won't collect data to improve. there's no way you won't have at least 10 paying users. volume > virality.

@rossark0 makes sense, although posting 3 times a day with the help of creators does cost a lot

$50K/mo for a tattoo app thats literally a nano banana wrapper 😭 literally just a prompt box to describe what tattoo you want 30K people downloaded this in a month → hire 8 UGC creators, 60 videos/mo each → hook: “ pranking my religious mom that I got a tattoo” → spark ads on top posts → automate faceless accounts with open claw → pull 20M views a month congratulations you now own a tattoo shop that never closes

@Cedric_Roberge thanks for sharing this real sauce! i'm currently reaching out to 50 creators a day, feeling hopeful after reading this. And yes: to make money, you have to spend money. Don't aim to be profitable on day 1 is what made my day.

A lot of people have been asking me how I marketed my peptide tracking app Pep AI to make over $125,000 in revenue in 80 days. Here's what I did. - Influencer marketing: signed over 100 content creators in my app's niche. They all post once or twice a week about the app on TikTok and Instagram. We pay them based on engagement. So if they average 1k-2k views per video we give them around $100 for 8 posts. - Affiliate deals: Content creators make 15% of subscription sales under there personal code. This way they care and put more effort into the posts. On top of that they'll post more than we asked them too because they want to make more money. We still get 85% so it works out pretty well. - Meta ads and TikTok spark ads: We run meta ads on the best performing videos from our creators. For TikTok spark ads we get the code from the creators and run ads on there posts that performed well. - Another tip is YOU have to spend money to make money. Don't be afraid to pay people at the beginning and try different marketing channels. Find out which ones work and go all in. You don't need to be profitable right away. - Outreach: You need to be sending over 100 messages a day to content creators. We hired people to do this for us. Our team sends out over 1,000 messages to content creators every single week. You need an army of content creators. - Free channels: Take advantage of free channels like reddit. Find groups similar to your niche and post in there. You can't promote or it's considered spam and they'll take it down. However, if you post it like this it'll work: "I have been taking a GLP for 2 months now and I have been looking for an app that can track it. Thinking about making one, would anyone be interested in this? If yes what would you all like to see on the app?" Then respond to comments with the app name saying you found one. You'll also get good feedback for your app from this. - Lastly: Build in public. Post about your startup journey on all platforms: X, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit. You'll get great feedback and people will download your app to see what you've built. I hope this all helps! This is what has worked for me and I truly believe it translates over to any app. If you have any questions feel free to comment, message me, or book a call from the link in my bio. Also feel free to download my app and see what it looks like from this link: apps.apple.com/us/app/pep-ai-…

Our UGC engine does 500M–1B+ views / month & someone tried to pay one of our creators $600 for our internal UGC playbook lmfao 😭 Honestly I'm happy to walk folks through how we built it, no zelle required. But the playbook is a unique sauce for us, and using it for your app won't work. I'm thinking of writing up something more generic so people can use that for their own apps. If i write the whole thing up, what do you actually want in it? - creator recruiting + vetting - how to find trends and scripts that hit - payment structures - general creator ops outline - creator ops tech stack - retention / why creators stick around - something else drop your pick below and i'll start with whatever gets the most asks.

How I run 4 US TikTok accounts from Vietnam 🇻🇳 (and you can do it too) 0 dead accounts. 0 shadowbans. (4-city setup + 0-view checks at the end) Most people kill 1-3 phones before TikTok even shows them America. I use one boring stack: 4 used iPhones 4 fixed residential IPs 4 separate US cities Here is the setup 👇 1. Buy clean used iPhones ✅ FB Marketplace ✅ $35-70 cash ⛔️ iCloud lock = walk away ‼️ Factory reset. Never restore backup. 2. One phone, one Apple ID ✅ Fresh Apple ID ✅ Fresh email ⛔️ Never reuse recovery email ⛔️ Never sign into a second device 3. One phone, one US city ✅ Boston, Dallas, Seattle, Miami ✅ Fixed residential IP ⛔️ Same IP on 2 phones = flag ⛔️ Datacenter proxy = dead setup 4. Configure before installing TikTok 🇺🇸 Language → English (US) 🇺🇸 Region → United States ⛔️ Location → OFF ⛔️ Siri, Tracking, Screen Time → OFF ⛔️ Analytics → OFF 5. Match the clock ✅ Date & Time → manual ✅ Set the exact proxy city ⛔️ "Set Automatically" leaks the fingerprint 6. Install in this order ‼️ Proxy ON first ✅ Open App Store ✅ Download TikTok ✅ Sign up with Apple ⛔️ Never test on local Wi-Fi 7. Run the US FYP test ✅ Scroll for 5 minutes ✅ Trump / NFL / NBA / US ads = good ⛔️ Local videos = stop ‼️ Do not post yet 8. Warm up like a normal user ✅ 10-15 min/day for 3 days ✅ Like 5-8 niche videos ⛔️ No posting ⛔️ No comments, DMs, follows 9. Post only after the test passes ✅ 1 video/day from day 4 ✅ Post 10pm-midnight Vietnam time ⛔️ 0 views after 2 hours = fix setup What this post doesn't cover: - The residential proxy service I use - The proxy app setup - The setting most free guides miss - When to fix a phone vs burn it (‼️ Can't name the proxies here. TikTok reads these threads.) Full setup → Link in bio → ReadySetTok

@AMVibecode Okay, but you can find the time zone. We need to look up what time zone that city is in and then pick the closest city to it. As an example, if you pop out in Austin, Texas, and they don't have Austin in there, but Houston, then you would pick Houston.

all the most successful startups are all doing this rn they have multiple accounts where they all post different formats, different content, and post them consistently push out 20 to 30 videos a day, if you post 300 to 1,000 videos a month there is no way that you are not going to succeed… but doing that all by yourself is basically trying to push a 50-pound boulder up a mountain the short cut loop to that is Content Rewards on Content Rewards, you can launch a campaign, put a budget suddenly overnight, you have 30+ accounts with your app's branding that are consistently posting for your brand because they want to earn the campaign money you can specify a viral format, and put them in a drive and get them to your creators creators will multiply the viral format and post 20, 30, even 50 times a day and all of this is before you even spend a dollar you only pay clippers/creators when they generate views for you $0.12 cents to $1 cpm on verified views only that's exactly how we're getting brands super bowl level views in such short time and spend
Gaurav@gauravsbuilding

“Why is my app not going viral yet??” You need to be posting consistently, and at scale, before you give up. It’s simple maths. Posting daily across multiple accounts across multiple platforms increases your apps surface area. Look at Cluely’s scale during their peak:

@AMVibecode I don't know what you missed. Did you follow the protocol on the website? Or did you follow the list in here? The protocol on the website, that shouldn't happen. The list in here is not complete. I can't put everything on here for obvious reasons.
