@JeffSendsIt Reply with link for them to file an A-Z claim instead of refund, any further messages get marked no response needed. If the claim is made then file a Safe-T claim against it
From what I’ve seen almost all don’t bother to file the A-Z and is better for account health than refund

Anyone getting messages like this from Amazon customers? Is there a course somewhere on how to get "free refunds". From an Account Health stand point should probably just refund the buyer the $17 and move on, but reporting to Amazon seems the right play, not that they will do anything.
Buyer claims they received a used, dirty, foul-smelling, and potentially hazardous product instead of a new one. They state they were delayed opening the package due to a car accident. Upon opening, they claim the item posed a health risk to family members, including children.
Buyer says they immediately discarded the product for health and safety reasons and therefore cannot provide photos or return the item. They cite Amazon policy about disposing of hazardous or unhygienic items to justify this.
Buyer demands a full, immediate, unconditional refund with:
-No return
-No photos
-No further discussion
-Buyer refuses alternatives (exchange, partial refund, credit).
Buyer threatens action within 48 hours, including:
-Filing a complaint with Amazon
-Leaving negative reviews
-Posting on social media / consumer forums
-Filing consumer protection complaints
-Considering legal action
Buyer states this is their final notice and expects written confirmation of the refund within 48 hours.

@ChrisRacic Literally all you need for Q4 is this yellow line and seller count from last year vs current data
English

@JeffSendsIt Yesterday was biggest here by a good amount. More last minute than BFCM shoppers
English

Have you hit peak sales yet?
We are still moving on up! I'm guessing yesterday or today will be our largest day of the year.
Either way I expect sales will be very strong through 20th. 21st should still be strong but definitely on the downside of things as stuff starts to move to post xmas delivery dates.
Likely hit bottom on the 24h and then start rocking our way back up. Post xmas can still be solid as people burn gift cards and buy all the stuff they hoped they got for xmas but didn't get!

@LocdoesFBA Scan forms don’t count as first scan so are actually pointless for Amazon, better to get every one scanned

@joeypraete Wells Fargo Active Cash - Unlimited 2% cash back on everything, cash back redeemable by either check or applied to balance which is why it’s better than the Amex Blue where the 2% cash back only is applied to balance

Looking to get a new personal card. I currently bank with chase/amex on the business side, and those will likely be the ones I’d wanna go with.
I have a surplus of 400k points on chase so I was thinking ab the sapphire preferred to start using those for travel benefits
But also I want a good everyday card w good benefits. The Amex blue personal didn’t look too bad. I spend most of my daily money on food (grocery/eating out) and then gas, or miscellaneous purchases.
But also plan to travel a lot in the future.
Which card can you guys recommend me?

@SteveFrenchAMZ Having some form of an account health specialist on retainer is also mandatory and not talked about enough

First, my post has nothing to do with Dylan. He seems like a decent enough guy. This isn’t some sort of call out or shaming.
I keep seeing videos and posts about how “arbitrage is cooked”. Or “it’s just a matter of time before you get clipped”. And I just want to say I don’t see any of this in my communities or the communities I’m a member of.
If you want to follow real people that give sound advice and follow TOS it’s out there. If you want to follow people who knowingly break the rules, that’s on you.
If you are looking for legit folks who run great communities pay attention…
I’m in OAC+ and @cleartheshelf & @ChrisRacic run a fantastic group with real, actionable advice.
@JHartFlips and @ZachAltmyer teach tried and true RA strategies that really profit.
@Pcoghlan will help you grow your RA reach all while streaming processes.
@SaulSellsStuff has a ton of bases covered in The Buy Box.
I preach and teach about Toy Investing with @thetoyinvestor in Toys R Gold. I also talk RA in RA Leads Gold.
The real folks are out there and we aren’t that hard to find. You don’t have to expose yourself to massive risk just to make a buck. The people on this list have been making serious money reselling on Amazon for years. All while playing by the rules.
The choice is yours. Choose wisely.

@SaulSellsStuff @FlipAlert
The Walmart Matches button appears to be down within the Chrome Extension
Every ASIN shows ‘No products found’

@joeypraete When sourcing copy the UPC given at the top of sellerAMP and paste it into the GS1 database:
gs1us.org/tools/gs1-comp…
Verify the owner of the UPC is the brand, often times it’s not which puts the ASIN at risk
Some listings don’t have a UPC and I’m not sure about those

@SaulSellsStuff Are you trusting the approvals on the app that have been requesting info on desktop?
English

Amazons ungating process is a struggle right now.
However it seems there are some things you can do help your odds.
The goal is auto approval, waiting on amazon to approve an invoice is incredibly limited at the moment.
Here’s what we are seeing that helps:
1. Try from multiple end points.
Attempt approval from desktop, seller app, and extensions like revseller / SAS.
The mobile seller app is winning hands down right now.
As far as some brands that are hard gated on desktop allow you to get auto approved on the app.
2. Run the same brands daily. Just click submit on your target brands 1-2 times a day and see if it approves. Some brands you’ll find won’t even need auto approvals and just are randomly ungated.
3. Seems accounts are randomly being flagged and can’t get any auto ungates at all. From the limited data I have this lasts 1-2 weeks and then goes back to getting approved for non $ brands.
-
It’s a short list but point number 1 is the best advice I can give. Have tested this across 10+ selling accounts and mobile app is by far the most likely to get an approval.

Hiring a sourcing/buyer very soon that will be taught from zero...
Are there resources you share with them like videos from other content creators on how to analyze keepa, profitability calculators, etc.... Or do you just make all your own new videos and teach them from scratch yourself?
Feel there are a lot of good resources available to share that would at least give them a baseline knowledge and then I can make videos on top of this to show them "my way"

Idea: Build an AI skincare TikTok account
Launch 15 AI pages that post skincare tips and product reviews 4x/day
Use the link in bio to sell products and whatch the money come in
Use trending sounds and Get Ready With Me clips to make every video go viral
RT + comment “SKIN” and I’ll DM the full process (must follow to get DM)

@Joeyrwheeler72 100% do this. It also turns your cash faster because it bypasses that initial FC transfer
English

@SeanKaupp I just use these as free alerts for potential reimbursements then file them myself

stays on your account for 6 months and then falls off. Most times they are low impact and just warnings so ASIN doesn't go restricted. But if its an IP or higher risk they may shut down the ASIN. Even after it falls off the account, if they restricted the ASIN it will stay restricted.
Your account ends up looking like this if u can't win them all or can't keep up with how fast they come in!

Running a business is risky. Selling on Amazon is risky. Doing WS/OA/RA/PL on Amazon is all risky.
Anyone saying doing OA/RA is any riskier then WS or PL doesn't understand the risks of selling on Amazon (or is purposely misleading for engagement or selling info)
Plenty of ways to mitigate the risks with whatever sourcing method you use. It's not the sourcing method that is any riskier, its the approach one takes to the method that can make it more risky. More thoughts in threads.

@JeffSendsIt @joanpuigcerverr @SwellQualityLLC When you lose one what happens? I’ve always wanted to know this but never wanted to go thru the process to find out
English

@joanpuigcerverr @SwellQualityLLC Win some and lose some. But we get most removed pretty quickly and sometimes others are more stubborn. We’ve only once have our AH drop below 1k and that was in 990s for two days.
