@amznsellerhelp my appeal is too large to attach to a single email. Seller performance has told me to attach google drive, compress, and then they say they can’t open it. please help

@thetoyinvestor This is a situation where you raise the margin you require and lower the number of units. Worth the risk if the price is right.

Not trying to give away a lead here, but this is just a friendly reminder to not forget the basics of sourcing for Amazon. When you scan a product and look at the Keepa and notice that Amazon has NEVER been on it, that should 100% of the time be an indicator to make sure the listing is 'safe'. Especially in the case of toys, it's very common for it to be a listing made by another seller because the toy was likely a store exclusive. YOU CANNOT TRUST OTHER SELLERS TO ALWAYS MAKE GOOD LISTINGS. Look at the brand for this Jurassic World product. Yes, they're getting around the trademark infringement by just using 'Jurassic' instead of 'Jurassic World'. But that doesn't mean the image search won't eventually result in some sort of trademark infringement, or worse, you get an IP claim. Is it likely you'll be okay? Sure. Probably. Maybe you only have a couple units. But at the end of the day, longevity is more important than the $7 profit on this lead. Unfortunately, it seems like dozens of sellers are just hopping on this listing without doing their due diligence. Don't forget your basic sourcing skills. That's how you get section 3'd/shut down/add a ton of extra stress to your life.

Most Amazon sellers are sleeping on ChatGPT. When used right, it can super charge your business and save you hours every week. We were going to need to hire another team member, ChatGPT filled the roll. I put together 7 prompts + what data to feed it (Keepa, SmartScout, Seller Central, etc.) Want them? - Like this post - Reply AI - Follow me (So I can dm you) And I’ll send it over

Amazon is giving us dozens of shipping violations for invalid tracking numbers when we are clearly using the correct tracking. We are losing the disputes @amznsellerhelp please contact us

@JeffSendsIt Have you actually had more issues with brand direct invoices and LOAs than distributors? What’s your sample size?

Seller Performance Risk - Doesn't matter if u run brand direct WS, WS through distributors, OA or RA you are at risk that Amazon Seller Performance will accept your invoices or receipts. I've had more issues with brand direct invoices then I do many times with OA/RA and WS through distributors. LOA isn't the magic document people like to think. Whatever sourcing model you are running, you are at risk Amazon will take away a brand or kick you off the platform.

Running a business is risky. Selling on Amazon is risky. Doing WS/OA/RA/PL on Amazon is all risky. Anyone saying doing OA/RA is any riskier then WS or PL doesn't understand the risks of selling on Amazon (or is purposely misleading for engagement or selling info) Plenty of ways to mitigate the risks with whatever sourcing method you use. It's not the sourcing method that is any riskier, its the approach one takes to the method that can make it more risky. More thoughts in threads.

@JeffSendsIt Brand direct wholesale is the least risky. It doesn’t have the worst risk factors of OA, distributor wholesale, or PL

We built this entire website using AI (@cursor_ai). In under 12 hours. I documented every step in a playbook. This sets the new bar for AI-powered “design coding.” Comment “Design” + follow me — I’ll DM it to you.

@ChrisRacic Beauty is in shambles, it’s not just Estée Lauder. Almost all of the L’Oréal brands are restricted now too. Just this year we’ve lost some of the largest independent brands- sisley, tarte, and drunk elephant. There’s a couple brand groups left but Amazon is surely targeting them

2. Because I see too many people listing EL companies on a laundry list of lost brands as evidence that the Beauty category on Amazon is in shambles. I disagree. Your perception is not reality if you're unfamiliar with EL brands. YMMV, but I'm sourcing as much Beauty as ever.

Did you know that losing the ability to sell Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Origins, Smashbox, Too Faced, and more technically only counts as losing one brand? That brand is Estee Lauder. They own all of those companies.

Since we started the group we have had people saying "retail and online arbitrage are not viable business models. There's no profit in that." Funny thing is RA/OA is one of the lowest commitment/risk businesses to try to start. Dudes hating from the sideline when they can give it a shot for a few bucks. You walk into a store (free), scan some products (free), and if an item is selling for profit you buy it ($30). You spend $30, sell the single item for profit, and now have proof of concept. It's how almost every single seller started. A lot of the guys who decided to "just give it a chance" 5 years ago are now multi-million dollar sellers

@thesamparr Doesn’t the 500k tax free if it’s your primary residence and you’re partnered turn a meh investment into a great one? If the home is 5M+ it becomes less relevant but this is printing money for homes in the 1M-3M range

Any amazon big dogs here got a bookkeeper that they can recommend? I am currently looking at my numbers but at a disarray on what I should do with the business heading into the final stretch. Wanted to see what the bookkeeper can suggest I do with the knowledge he has learned from his other amazon fba clients. Any recommendation is appreciated, thank you 😁
