it’s funny how so many of my pieces end up being about the effort it takes to make the work at all. a lot of it is an exploration of the doubt, confusion, isolation, and questioning that comes with trying to create and feeling compelled to say something anyway. vulnerability and expression don’t come naturally to me. they’re muscles i’m constantly straining. it takes work to reach freedom in a piece.

Just saying !! Some of you are wondering why this sweep of Issues by @deltasauce by me. I could have got a Pudgy, a couple of floor squiggles or something again from a PFP 10k collection. They are also iconic, full of cultural significance etc etc. But the satisfaction of watching an artist grow, consistently developing, pushing out quality art, never resting and still connecting is another story. Then having 50+ art pieces in one fell swoop !!! 🤯🤯 There are others too who are also doing the same, more or less. Pouring their genuine love into their passion, rain, hail or high water. I wish they also are swept. Nothing matters except ART. Nothing matters except love, admiration and respect. Seriously !!
