I'm in the field right now with a large national survey and in English Canada (French starts Monday), the swing in accessible voter pool sizes is quite remarkable. Since Trudeau's resignation, I'm seeing: 🔵CPC voter pool: ⬇️12 🔴LPC voter pool: ⬆️8 🟠NDP voter pool: ⬇️5 Other indicators: ✅In early Jan, only 49% of 2021 LPC voters say they would vote LPC again. ➡️Today, that's up to 63%. I've also seen it qualitatively in meetings, conferences, and events I've attended across Canada in the last 12 days. A large portion of the public is reconsidering it's options. They are now persuadable. Trudeau quitting + Trump tariffs + Liberal leadership = A different opinion environment.
