You will find it very hard to be depressed, anxious, or stressed out in a physically demanding life. The problem is most are not willing to start to understand the foundations of this. So they will cite things like elite athletes w/ said issues. Case and point, elites have more time on their hands than someone who walks 10k+ steps per day, exercises, works a job and provides in some capacity to others. The reality is not many people are willing to get consistent at a daily physical practice that requires consistency over decades. It’s not that you are too busy. You’re too comfortable, and you’re chasing something illusory that is more about how little you value yourself and how you value something far more material.
