1. I don’t think there’s a single Liverpool fan that thinks VVD has not declined (he’s 34 and not his peak version)
2. Using penalties given away as a metric for decline says a lot.
3. VVDs declined levels is better than 90% of cb’s in the world which is why we still rate him👍🏽
