Data might not be the answer, but it helps lead us to the answer. Here is a perfect example of how @DylanNewcomerPT is utilizing FPG to help diagnose and get out of pain.
Dylan Newcomer@DylanNewcomerPT

Over the last year+ I’ve been using the @FlexProGrip to help pitchers resolve chronic elbow pain. One of the key insights from working with the FPG team has been identifying a common deficiency in the FDS in athletes post-Tommy John. I recently tested another professional athlete and identified the same trend. Lets dive in 🧵

The last peak force exerted through the fingertips onto a baseball is enough to heave a bowling ball 90mph. Could this be the key to great pitching? My story on the arrival of touch science in baseball: theatlantic.com/science/archiv…

Instead of googling effect vs. affect every single time I use the word, I am just going to start spelling it (e)(a)ffect.

Awesome exchange here between @DylanNewcomerPT and @tclarkpitching. This is what the industry is all about. If you have questions about how FlexPro Grip can help you in your career. Shoot us a message.
Dylan Newcomer@DylanNewcomerPT

Possibly. From a joint perspective, it’s likely more inherently stable in supination. But again, you’ve altered the orientation and engagement of FDS/FDP, however, FCU is more in line with the valgus torque. Potentially just shifting responsibility. I’ve used @FlexProGrip a ton to look at the strength of these tendons, and one thing rings clearer than the rest - weakness overall is more “dangerous” than any given position. Injury comes down to tissue load exceeding tissue loading capacity. 2 main things contribute to the latter half of the equation - maximal strength and fatigue. If you’re strong enough, you’ll have a much greater likelihood of surviving suboptimal positions. If you don’t manage workload and gas those muscle-tendon units out, none of it really matters…eventually something will give way, usually the passive structures (ligaments, labrum’s, bone, etc)
