@GWRHelp @AlburyCharlotte It is more of an issue than just the usual discomfort it sounds like. I am not sure you do “know” what it is like for someone with a disability @GWRHelp - cos if you did, you wouldn’t respond this way. Your shrug and compensate response disproportionately impacts disabled people.

Reserved seat on 11.19 from Reading. Train was so jammed I couldn’t get to it. I carry proof that I cannot stand for long, but staff said they couldn’t help me get to the seat. It was either miss my train (& hospital appt.) or squeeze in & was lucky to sit on floor. @GWRHelp
