For the past one week, my SBI FASTag has been showing BLACKLISTED without any valid explanation. Vehicle: HR40K****67 (partially masked) Current status: ✅ Annual Pass is active (valid until Nov 2026) ✅ ₹390 balance is available ✅ FASTag is correctly affixed on the windshield

because all the messages related to FASTag are coming on my own number only on which you know from which I tried to call them, but still there is no response. Nobody wants to help here because customer the people of India they are just born to vote. Just born to suffer.

but when you call on that number, they are telling me that you should register your number with SBI, which I have already told them that this is the registered number of SBI only, but if SBI is has not registered my number in their systems , that is their problem.

Here, one more thing is very important. It is mentioned that if you are facing any kind of issue related to FASTag or Toll Plaza or anything, if there is any kind of emergency, call 1033NHAI helpline number,

@FASTag_NETC But ultimately, the problem is that in this whole scenario in this whole Chakra view, I am the one who stuck. I am the one who is bear the cost of all these. I am the one who has done the recharge of my FASTag and the annual pass. but still I have to pay in cash.

@AjayPartapSin19 Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. A FASTag being blacklisted means the vehicle is not permitted to make toll payments via FASTag at the toll plaza. This usually happens due to reasons like insufficient balance in the FASTag account. We recommend contacting your issuing (1/2)

@FASTag_NETC Then I raised one ticket on SBI FASTag hotel on that one they have resolved it, but I am not able to reopen the ticket. They told me to send the photo of the first tag pasted on the windscreen to one email ID. Okay, I sent the email to that email ID

@FASTag_NETC I I tried to connect with the FASTag provider which is SBI FASTag and there was one helpline number. I tried to call on that number. They told me that your number is not registered okay so after that, the IVR did not give me any option to connect with any agent.

Who is responsible for these unnecessary financial losses, inconvenience, harassment, and waste of time? If a customer has maintained sufficient balance, purchased an Annual Pass, followed the required process, and the issue is entirely on the service provider’s side,

Because of this backend failure, I have already paid nearly ₹400 in cash at toll plazas despite having a valid FASTag with sufficient balance and an active Annual Pass. I am now likely to pay another ₹400–₹500 (or even more) in cash on my current journey.

Today, while travelling on NH-152D, I contacted the 1033 NHAI helpline for urgent assistance. Instead of providing an immediate solution, I was simply advised to “register my mobile number with SBI”—an impractical response when a customer is already on the highway.

❌ Yet the tag remains BLACKLISTED. Despite this, I have: • Raised an official complaint with SBI. • Emailed the SBI FASTag support team. • Submitted the windshield photo of the FASTag as requested. • Received neither a resolution nor a meaningful response.
