Had a flight booking to Cyprus cancelled Tuesday morning - you are now refusing to pay compensation stating it was out of your control even though other airlines were still flying to Cyprus? Why should I be expected to pay for a flight that never took place? @British_Airways

@LNER Thanks for getting back to me. I was told it is now @lner policy that trains after 10 am serve the lunch/evening menu. There was no shortage of food, just no breakfast. All passengers around me tried to order from the breakfast menu too, because it’s not lunchtime.

Dear @LNER when did 10.00 am become Lunchtime? Just boarded the 10.40 Durham to London King’s Cross and was looking forward to a late breakfast, maybe an avocado muffin or a bacon roll. But no, in LNER world 10.50 is lunch/evening menu time. Really? #disappointed #hungry
