"I have filed 3 patents. Been a 3x founder. But, the fire to build has not stopped." Meet Akash👇 In the latest episode of GrowthX® Insider, we host @Akash1477. He's Chief of Staff at @KiranaClubApp, a 3x founder & has been a GrowthX member since 2023. We dive deep into: - Being a scientist → founder → operator. - The search for bigger & better things. - Experiences of being a 3x founder. - Building for bharat kirana owners. - Being a generalist vs a specialist. - Finding your life's purpose. Akash has been a GrowthX Demo Day winner & the mentor for the DD18 winning Team Slice. Here's to bringing the next generation of disruption in India 💙 #BuildersOfIndia #GrowthXInsider

Launching @vorfluxai : The autopilot for software engineering. I was prev co-founder / CTO of @Rippling ($10B) and #1 coder in India. Vorflux is my high octane Ferrari. Every AI coding tool still makes you fly the plane. That's the copilot model: you stay in the seat, approving every turn. The models quietly got good enough to fly the whole route, but the tools never caught up. So we built the autopilot. @vorfluxai raised a $15M seed by @ycombinator @peakxvpartners @alliancedao @parkerconrad @jake_zeller @balajis @nivi @metakovan @lmrankhan @nikitabase @0xrwu @ayushjaiswal @mattshumer_ @eshamanideep @sreeramkannan @dvcoolster @nusimow @TeddySolomon11 @ashtoncofer @rvivek etc Drop your biggest engineering bottleneck below. I'll reply with how I'd attack it with Vorflux, and hand you $200 in free credits to bang out your backlog. Our full thesis 🧵👇

The best predictor of success for tech companies, at every stage from during the YC batch to public company with billions in revenue, is the rate of shipping new stuff.

hello folks after a well-rested break, i’m back and exploring new roles. i’m a product designer with ~5 years of experience, most recently at @Peerlist and @AutoSendEmail, where i worked across product, brand, growth, and pretty much everything in between. i like being close to the product, shaping ideas early, sweating the details, and figuring things out alongside the founders and engineers. if you’re building something interesting, or know someone who is, feel free to dm or reach out at hey@jaykadam.com find my work: jaykadam[dot]com

This works really well btw, at the end of your query ask your LLM to "structure your response as HTML", then view the generated file in your browser. I've also had some success asking the LLM to present its output as slideshows, etc. More generally, imo audio is the human-preferred input to AIs but vision (images/animations/video) is the preferred output from them. Around a ~third of our brains are a massively parallel processor dedicated to vision, it is the 10-lane superhighway of information into brain. As AI improves, I think we'll see a progression that takes advantage: 1) raw text (hard/effortful to read) 2) markdown (bold, italic, headings, tables, a bit easier on the eyes) <-- current default 3) HTML (still procedural with underlying code, but a lot more flexibility on the graphics, layout, even interactivity) <-- early but forming new good default ...4,5,6,... n) interactive neural videos/simulations Imo the extrapolation (though the technology doesn't exist just yet) ends in some kind of interactive videos generated directly by a diffusion neural net. Many open questions as to how exact/procedural "Software 1.0" artifacts (e.g. interactive simulations) may be woven together with neural artifacts (diffusion grids), but generally something in the direction of the recently viral x.com/zan2434/status… There are also improvements necessary and pending at the input. Audio nor text nor video alone are not enough, e.g. I feel a need to point/gesture to things on the screen, similar to all the things you would do with a person physically next to you and your computer screen. TLDR The input/output mind meld between humans and AIs is ongoing and there is a lot of work to do and significant progress to be made, way before jumping all the way into neuralink-esque BCIs and all that. For what's worth exploring at the current stage, hot tip try ask for HTML.

For young graduates, ChatGPT is the new Excel. It’s the default tool for solving problems: brainstorming, coding, presentations, even job applications. They’re AI natives. The ones who should be worried? Middle and senior managers who still see AI as a “nice-to-have skill”
