Tweet 1/2 Disappointed with @Goibibo. Their official customer support account publicly assured a waiver of the airline cancellation fee if the booking was cancelled before 8 July. I cancelled within the deadline, but the refund was processed without the promised waiver.

Hello @GoibiboSupport Team, I am not able to reach Goibibo team through customer care even after many attempts. I have send mails but no response from last 15 days. Subject: Indigo has processed the refund but Goibibo staff is not taking any action? May I know the intent behind this kind of harassment against customers? This is the confirmation email from @IndiGo6E Does all the passengers face same kind of dirty game and wait so long for refund? My family already faced so much problems because we are not allowed to onboard flight ✈️ to Kathmandu. And now this pathetic behaviour of Goibibo. If possible please respond.
