@SuunaKing_James @AlikoDangote Why should it be him? It could be you or anyone else, but you, the owner of the idea, would do best.
Facebook wasn't created by a billionaire; it created one.

But can't @AlikoDangote create an African social media platform?

14. There is no valid Complaint against me to justify the President setting up a Tribunal to investigate me.
The Judicial Service Commission has never received a valid complaint about me. As highlighted earlier in paragraph 3 of this Commentary, the Commission relied on a 15-page abusive and derogatory, hearsay filled referral document authored by Chief Justice Owiny Dollo on April 6, 2021.
This referral, (so called complaint), primarily focused on, among others, on ‘my alleged bad upbringing, unsoundness of mind and for being unfazed, as opposed to any incompetence, inability or misconduct related to the execution of my judicial duties. A copy of this document is attached for reference and independent review and conclusions regarding its content and validity.
I challenge the Judicial Service Commission to publicly produce any other complaint against me which was ever served on me,and which bears my signature, or which was ever served on my lawyers from March 2021 – to date.

@C_NyaKundiH Tundu Lisu strategy failed.
It actually gave Suluhu legitimacy because the election still happened and she won with a huge margin
English

Many Ugandans were angry about my earlier post and that is why I want to raise the same questions again in a calmer and more deliberate way so that we can have a meaningful conversation.
We see the excitement that surrounds Bobi Wine and we see the massive crowds and the passionate support and the belief that change is possible, yet every election ends in a loss and this constant contradiction forces any honest observer to ask what exactly is happening between the enthusiasm of the campaign trail and the final announcement of results.
There is a concept known as controlled opposition where a government allows you to campaign and address rallies and appear completely free while maintaining absolute control over the part of the process that truly matters which is the counting and the certification of results and at the same time the system ensures that anyone who demands real reforms or a new constitutional framework is immediately pushed to the margins.
This is why the question keeps returning because the patterns never change and the outcomes never shift.
So Ugandans must help me understand why Bobi Wine continues to invest so much energy in campaigns when everyone can see that the decisive moment is controlled elsewhere and the final outcome rarely reflects the public mood.
Tundu Lissu this year declared that there would be no elections without reforms and he was instantly met with the most severe accusations which shows how regimes react when someone steps outside the script they prefer to manage.
Ugandans who have been trolling me must therefore help me see evidence that can genuinely remove the doubt that Bobi Wine might be functioning inside boundaries that have already been drawn for him by the state, because I am willing to learn and I am open to new information and my intention is not to attack anyone but to seek clarity from people who understand the situation more deeply.
Cyprian, Is Nyakundi@C_NyaKundiH
If such enthusiastic people can attend your rallies but you lose the elections without calling for constitutional changes all the time then it means you are controlled opposition used to justify “democracy”.

Rome basically had no navy, gets wrecked by Carthage, finds a shipwrecked Carthaginian quinquereme, reverse-engineers it plank by plank, and within a few years builds a fleet that dominates the Mediterranean.
That level of “learn it overnight and beat the experts at their own game” is absurd and totally underrated.

I have like 5 developers I have been working with for like 5 years, 2 Nigerians, an Indian, a Parkistan and one from USA.
We met online, never physically met each other but I can never ask for any engineering team than this. Very dedicated, funny and LOYAL!
We have created amazing products for so many companies from Fiance, healthcare, AI, embedded systems and much more.
Payment is via Crypto and for some reasons, we all trust each other.
Work remotely but dedicated as if we are physical. Every code output is industry grade 🫡😊
Loyalty!!! Loyalty!!! Is everything.

@DailyMonitor @TheAllianceUG Mugisha Muntu is saying the same things as Bobi Wine, but people will still convince themselves he is the only one with substance because it serves their ego well
English

.@TheAllianceUG presidential candidate, Maj Gen (rtd), Mugisha Muntu, says the West Nile Sub-region has the potential to become a tourist destination if its infrastructure, especially roads and hotel services, is improved. He emphasised that his government would focus on enhancing this infrastructure to promote tourism in the area if he is voted Uganda's president in the 2026 General Election.

@Primahnankunda @realentheal @HEBobiwine Muntu too can lead us on that. It's everyone's constitutional rule, not just Bobi Wine

@JusticeKisaakye You cannot keep addressing @KagutaMuseveni as 'the President' if you stand by your ruling

Why I have written this Open Commentary and letters?
Article 126 of Constitution explicitly provides that all Judges hold and exercise Judicial power on behalf of the people of Uganda. Since the charges I will be facing before the Tribunal arise from my exercising judicial power on behalf of the people of Uganda in the Kyagulanyi @HEBobiwine v Museveni @KagutaMuseveni Presidential Election Petition, it is only befitting that the people of Uganda should be made aware of matters directly impacting on or obstructing the delivery of justice in the country, so they can judge for themselves what is going on and make informed decisions.
Secondly, from the time of the unfortunate and unwarranted grabbing of my reasoned Rulings and Files from the Supreme Court and the locking out of litigants and the public from the Supreme Court on 18th and 19th March 2021 respectively – to date (which is over four and a half years now), I have maintained my silence and made every effort to work through Constitutional and other official channels, to address the issues at hand.
On the other hand, the chosen and preferred mode for my accusers in the Judiciary, and the Judicial Service Commission @JSCUganda has been to operate through the public media. For example, the Judiciary @JudiciaryUG issued a falsified Public Statement about the events of 18th March 2021 to media and posted it on the Judiciary’s website. It also unleashed the disgraced Solomon Muyita, the former Judiciary’s Communications Officer to move around different radios talk show spreading falsehoods about me and making denials/defending the actions of Chief Justice Owiny Dollo @ac_owinydollo.
I also learnt about the submission of the Report of the Judicial Service Commission recommending to the President to appoint this Tribunal from the Monitor Newspaper, before the Report was served on me.
Similarly, I learnt about the appointment of this Tribunal from the same Monitor Newspaper early March 2025. Since this is the preferred method of communication for all actors involved in this process and considering my status as a Judge living in exile without access to the intended recipients of this Commentary, I have found it befitting for me to use the same mediums of communication to inform all the different stakeholders.

@emunduga @DavidMushanga @apollo_morgan @Inah_Nandy @HEBobiwine We are talking about free trade. Make your point
English

@Alan_Mitanda @DavidMushanga @apollo_morgan @Inah_Nandy @HEBobiwine Debt is what fuels growth. When the state competes with firms and households for the little savings we have, interest rates go up and therefore no liquidity for growth. I thought EFRIS is just a means of tax collection🤔
English

@DavidMushanga @Alan_Mitanda @Inah_Nandy @HEBobiwine That’s a text book case but in reality (given today’s research) government borrowing reduces the total industry risk hence keeping average rates down. If government doesn’t borrow locally, banks push the whole risk to clients pushing rates off the roofs.
English

@DavidMushanga @emunduga @apollo_morgan @Inah_Nandy @HEBobiwine Internal borrowing can increase interest rates, but it does not necessarily stifle free trade. Domestic trade can be encouraged through less strict regulations and licences in the private sector and a lighter tax policy. EFRIS and EPS will kill business more than local borrowing.
English

@emunduga @Alan_Mitanda @apollo_morgan @Inah_Nandy @HEBobiwine It is if 80% of it is unemployed and the biggest employer is Boda Boda. Luxembourg has a smaller population but a greater GDP and belongs to a greater economic block. Museveni made the same mistake last night. Mbu we should make cotton shirts and sell milk! I get it, but nooooo
