@MedinaRiojaMD @aldolaramd Si usas tromboprofilaxis médica en pacientes de moderado a alto riesgo es suficiente, no hay que hacer más. Las medias de compresión siempre han sido patadas de ahogado cuando no puedes utilizar el fármaco
