🚨 The Bread That Could Secretly Heal Your Gut…
Think all bread is the same? Think again. Sourdough hides a secret your gut has been waiting for. Slow fermentation wakes up hidden enzymes in wheat, breaking fibers into prebiotics food that feeds your good gut bacteria. Not all sourdough works. Only the long, slow, perfectly timed fermentations unlock the magic. Your ancestors knew it instinctively , their kitchen was their secret pharmacy.
Could the bread on your table be more powerful than medicine?
ScienceDaily. (2026, March). Sourdough fermentation activates wheat enzymes that feed gut bacteria.

This is insane.
Scientists just built microrobots that navigate complex environments with zero sensors.
Researchers developed AI-powered microswimmers (~1 μm, melamine particles coated with gold) that move using laser-induced propulsion.
Instead of using cameras or detectors, they rely on reinforcement learning and something called embodied intelligence.
The system doesn’t directly sense the environment.
It learns from how the environment pushes back on its motion.
As fluid flows distort its movement, that interaction encodes information. The AI uses this to adapt its behavior in real time.
In experiments, these microrobots successfully navigated complex fluid flows up to 4× stronger than their own propulsion, reaching targets after just ~50 learning episodes.
Damn.. This could unlock microrobots navigating inside the bloodstream for precise drug delivery.
