So many players with potential not given a run so really has a worse performing 2019 team that’s gone backwards. My worry is the seeming lack of flexibility. The pressure and kick game plan is not working, players not committed.

I admit I don’t have high hope for this year. But if England start improving next year then it does change. Let’s just see how England fair in first game.

So @EnglandRugby are at our lowest ever ebb. (And we were bad when I played for England) It started with Eddie and has continued with his protege Borthwick. I reckon it cost about £1.5 million to sack Eddie & buy these coaches, Bill Sweeney made these decisions and had a pay rise

@RugbyInsideLine They said it was the right one at the time, but now it’s the wrong one. But that bunker decision was right, but not, it was dangerous, but he dipped enough that it wasn’t but not enough that you’d see a dip in the 10 minute review before the red….

The bunker review had 10 minutes to make that call. And apparently it was the wrong one. Who knows what is and isn’t right anymore?!

@TheWayneOReilly @jaredwright17 So agree. He dipped maybe an inch. Farrell was always high, almost no dip before tackle and direction of hit was up. We were all debating 3-5 week ban not an overturn. Makes rugby a joke.

@jaredwright17 The only change in direction is Farrell going upwards in the tackle… WR is clearly inconsistent, biased and dare i say influenced to make calls which they internally justify without any accountability … looks like a Jacob Zuma Pardon !

🧐 I'm struggling to see the 'sudden and significant change in direction' in Basham's carry from George's actions that would really result in Owen Farrell making a dangerous tackle here He is launching from the start and making a bad tackle regardless. A precedent has been set.

@Chris150379 @jaredwright17 Apart from levitating I’m not sure what more the carrier can do to avoid a high tackle. He’s almost straight upright.

@jaredwright17 im struggling to see how this was even a yellow or red in the game! this kind of call is ruining a contact sport, Wales player ducks down slightly as well, if you are that serious about head contact make it both tackling and ball carrying players responsibility not to clash heads

So in my thinking why would a business keep a customer that doesn’t meet their criteria and is also high risk. Free market at all that.
