@OctopusEnergy I was told by your rep that I was to leave it with them. No one has suggested I figure out why it doesn’t work with smart car app. I don’t see how I’m responsible for finding out why a popular car app isn’t compatible with your system when it says it should be?
@OctopusEnergy Hi - I logged an issue with you on intelligent charging with you on 8th February. I’m still no further forward. I’ve had promises of call backs and emails to resolve that never come or fix my issue. Why offer a service you can’t support?

@OctopusEnergy I’m sure it is if you can actually get it working. It shouldn’t take over 2.5 months to get standard email responses back and it still not be fixed…

@sainsburys Hi, thanks but even if I do this and you take it up internally that’s not going to make her feel happy to return to your store. Currently she’s upset that there was a suggestion she would shoplift (!!) and that she was shouted at by a man in a dark car park!

@sainsburys the manager. I appreciate they are sub contractors but they represent YOUR company. She had done absolutely nothing wrong & was treated terribly. I don’t think you cared one bit on the night and after us complaining. She was upset last night & again this morning. 3/3
@sainsburys security team. It was dark, she was on her own (widow) and he was incredibly intimidating and made her feel vulnerable & embarrassed. Bluntly asked for a receipt (which she selected thankfully), grunted and walked off. Called to complain & all you do is tell 2/3
@sainsburys I’m so disappointed with your customer complaints team. My elderly Mum went shopping @ Lyon’s farm store and used smart scan for the first time and had help from sainsbury’s employees. Paid, left the shop and was aggressively shouted at to stop by one of the 1/2
