Idk how I would advise him to write a persuasive CV, but if you read the blog posts, Wikipedia articles, and his X.com presence etc -- it is very clear that Decker is quite talented.

Read the Krugman essay on Europe/US gDP I was surprised see that our literacy rates are far below Europe's. What could explain that? So I started following links and found the root source, which says we have a 99% literacy rate: worldatlas.com/society/countr…

@soncharm Oh well I dont think theres any "winning moves" lol. Its just venting frustrations at having lost. And I think there is a colorable "Nuremberg!" argument to be made (i dont make it, theres always some line to draw over what makes something not experimental, etc.). But i get it

Right, of course, but now you’re entering into the frame of whether you can Manipulate the Procedural Outcome of committees and approvals better than those who have hundreds of billions to gain from it.
And you have to keep on stopping them every time; they only have to ‘win’ once.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m rooting for that side and all. But I don’t think shouting the magic word ‘Nuremberg!’ is likely to be a winning move here

Vaccines are regularly mandated for millions of people. Soldiers. Health care workers. Pretty much all schoolchildren in a large number of states.
Evidently, 'Nuremberg Codes' didn't prevent this

And its not even a hard case to make. Take for example the attached risk factors from Moderna's S-1. Our bureaucracy changed its course of dealing for the shots

They dotted the i’s and crossed the T’s to get them Approved by the bureaucracy, just like any other vaccine. (This was part of the ‘innovation’ that was Warp Speed.)
I understand the intellectual case that they were still, in some theoretical sense, ‘experimental’, but you can’t expect this nuance to sink in to the other Fretful Mommies at the day care who insist that everyone there take it to save their precious 2-year-old. ‘It was approved’

But nonNFL employers who adopt the practice shouldn't expect the same non-litigation incentives that coaches have from interviewees

I'm not an expert on employment discrimination law so I am not really your source on what will happen in the NY Times reverse discrimination lawsuit. But I can tell you about a broader more "cultural" trend about this issue, which is a lot of people don't realize this is illegal

Surely, this isn't true.
I get that Hollywood is nuts, but putting a five foot, 100 pound woman in the role of Achilles, one of the most feared warriors in mythology, seems even too crazy for them.

@jessesingal I have always had a hard time with the notion of "food deserts." Like, I lived in real deal North Philadelphia from 2006 to 2012. Rough area. Poor area. But there was plenty of access there.

Basically everyone under a certain age plays video games. It's probably the default form of entertainment for boys. Talking about it like some separate nerdy thing that is distinct from tv, movies, music, etc shows you don't actually understand society any more

For moderately wealthy? Sure.
But I can only count a single child of a mid-9 figure family that was remotely impressive that I have ever come across. Intelligence (not education achieved) for children of that cohort is abysmal

No idea what you’re talking about. The children of wealthy parents are on average overwhelmingly more impressive than the children of poor parents on every metric. I’ve been frequently impressed, to the point of sometimes recognizing when I’m outclassed.

Would this mean that rich kids themselves are a "psyop"? I've met plenty of very wealthy kids, trust-funders, etc, and I've never been impressed. This doesn't strike me as any kind of a contrivance or a conspiracy. It just seems like observable reality.

I have a genuine question: Why didn't Trump enrich himself during his first term? Trump became president and his net-worth dropped by 50%.
