So I went to get some Israeli Shekels ahead of my trip to Israel next week, and none of the money exchange centers had any stock. So I was in Central London this morning and went into a large @marksandspencer to their bureau de change, and the lady said that the Israeli Shekel is now deemed a restricted currency at all Marks and Spencer stores and they will not buy or sell Shekels. She said they refuse to hold any Israeli currency or serve Israelis traveling to Israel. This is simply astonishing and deplorable. I’m not sure how many people are aware of this, but if this is now the policy of Marks and Spencer stores, it is a shameful and disgraceful move. @AmichaiChikli @gidonsaar @TzipiHotovely

Proper pubs: everyone knows everyone. Everyone has a tab. Wet-led. Scratchings. OK pubs: some people know some people. Too many IPAs. Yawn-fest pub food Pubs that shouldn't exist: G&T costs £25, food menu with Nduja and plant based burgers. Annoying women who think this is what a pub is
