Last month, I got to file two amicus briefs in the Ninth Circuit antitrust case of Epic v. Google on behalf of @CmteForJustice in support of @Google's pending motions to stay and for en banc rehearing. In short, the Ninth Circuit is forcing Google to deal with its competitors by opening up its @GooglePlay ap store to its competitors. (Links below).

Even fake news are allowed (sadly, sometimes echoed by top US officials) : EU/DSA has never canceled elections—despite far-right extremists and @ElonMusk continuously pushing this lie. The DSA doesn’t regulate content; it ensures #transparency so no platform — being Chinese, Singaporean, American or European —can manipulate algorithms. In the United States, foreign companies respect US laws. It's not open for debate. In Europe, we expect the same behavior from US companies. Dear @JudiciaryGOP @SenJudiciaryGOP I ask little. Let others work on the Culture War stuff and the Deep State. I defer to their expertise. Just this: 1. Create at least one new circuit court of appeals out of the Ninth 2. Dissolve the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia; integrate its judges into other circuits 3. Take a hard look at the US District Court for the District of Columbia, besides folding it into the Fourth Circuit (or something). It’s not working. Perhaps limit its subject matter jurisdiction. One judicial district should not wield so much power over the national political process merely because of zip codes. Also my friend @JoshMBlackman has a bunch of other judicial reform ideas.
