Nonconsensual intimate images shared online can spread quickly and cause real harm. The law requires platforms to take down images and copies within 48 hours of your takedown request. If the platform doesn’t, tell the FTC. Help us hold platforms accountable. #TakeItDown

they are reminders that vulnerabilities still exist throughout our aviation system. Flight 5342 cannot become just another tragedy we remember while waiting for the next warning sign. The recommendations are known. The solutions exist. The time to act is now.

Today, families of Flight 5342 attended the Senate hearing on improving safety across the National Airspace System. In recent months, we’ve seen serious incidents and close calls at Boston Logan, Newark, LaGuardia, and beyond. These are not isolated events-

The FAA is again investigating a close call that occurred after a commercial flight, carrying more than 100 passengers, had to abort its landing to avoid colliding with another commercial flight at Boston Logan International Airport on Saturday. Tomorrow, I’m holding a @SenateCommerce Aviation Subcommittee hearing to examine the growing concern shared by industry, government & traveling public on the numerous close calls we’ve seen in recent years across the U.S. It is critical that we address the challenges facing our aviation system and improve the procedures and technologies that keep the flying public safe.
