Israel is preparing to attack Iran within the next few hours
This was reported by one of Israel's most famous journalists, Amir Tsarfati, who also reported that US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee was ordered to return to Washington urgently.
@gc_seattle@bluestein For a solid week, there is no bread in the house. Not until after Passover is leavened bread eaten. Look up "Passover" in Google. It is not difficult to get one's self educated these days.
@MikeYaroslav08@bluestein It's about symbolism, what the element of unleavened bread represents. Have you never read the Exodus story? It's a very important part of the "Jewish story".
In Israel, a bill has been submitted to the Knesset that could criminalize public speech about Jesus Christ.
The proposal was submitted by coalition lawmakers Moshé Gafni and Yaakov Asher. According to the draft, it would be prohibited to publish or distribute content that "supports Jesus" on the internet, in the media, or via email.
@vnstergranskar1@AndrewKolvet They don't "hate immigrants". We just want "immigrants" to be here legally and be productive members of society, not being on the welfare dole for decades.
The crowd ERUPTS to JD Vance’s answer to this immigration question:
“There's too many people who want to come in. My job as vice president is NOT to look out for the interests of the whole world. It's to look out for the people of the United States.

I’d like to open by stating that I don’t support rioting or violence. That being said, here is my perspective.
Before You Deport Us, See Us
It’s hard to explain what it feels like to be undocumented — especially when you’ve lived in the U.S. your whole life. People think it’s just about the risk of deportation. But it’s more than that. It’s the feeling that no matter how much you do, no matter how hard you work, you’ll never be allowed to truly live free.
I was brought here as a kid. I didn’t choose to come. This is the only home I know. I speak English. I pay taxes. I work hard — just like everyone else. But because I don’t have papers, my life has always felt like it’s stuck in place. And there’s no way forward.
I’ve worked in restaurants most of my life. I started washing dishes and eventually made it to the kitchen. I’ve done prep, line cook, even ran kitchens as a chef. But the second I try to reach beyond that — apply for something more stable, more fulfilling, or aligned with my dreams — I hit a wall. I can’t go to school easily. I can’t get a license in many professions. I can’t even fly freely within my own country without fear. I want to visit Japan someday, to see the world beyond these borders. But unless something changes, I’ll never be able to go.
And it’s not just me. It’s millions of us. People who have grown up here, worked here, contributed for decades — and we’re still treated like we don’t belong.
I’ve pledged allegiance to the flag since kindergarten — hand over heart, eyes on the stars and stripes. I said those words before I even fully understood what they meant. Now I do. They mean belonging. They mean loyalty. They mean believing in the ideals this country claims to stand for. And yet, I’m still considered “illegal.”
What’s happening now — with ICE raids, mass deportations, and entire communities living in fear — feels like more than enforcement. It feels like erasure. It feels like this country is trying to throw us away, despite everything we’ve given.
I get it — laws matter. No one’s asking for chaos or for the government to open the borders. But if someone has lived here for 10, 20, 30 years — if they’ve raised families, paid taxes, learned the language, and fully become part of this country — shouldn’t there be a way forward? A path to citizenship? A chance to step out of the shadows and finally breathe?
Before we talk about deporting people, we should talk about who those people really are. We’re not invaders. We’re not criminals. We’re part of this country. We’ve been here, quietly surviving, building lives with dignity and hope — even while being locked out of so many things most Americans take for granted.
All I want is a chance to live fully. To build a future. To visit another country. To choose a career that brings me joy, not just survival. To be free.
Before you deport us, see us.
