Another win for Mercer County in the America First funding bill. Harrodsburg PD already got federal funds to upgrade their police equipment. It’s Shop & Share Day! As you shop for your Olympics and Super Bowl snacks today - pick up a few extra items to support Kentucky’s domestic violence shelters. It’s really easy - go to a participating Kroger or Food City where volunteers near the door will share a shopping list. Choose a few items to purchase and then drop them with the volunteers on your way out.

During the Kentucky Chamber’s 2026 Small Business Day at the Capitol, Senate leaders, including Senate Majority Caucus Chair @RobbyMillsforKY and Sens. @AmandaMBledsoe, Matt Nunn, and @KYCraigR, highlighted fiscal discipline, housing, tax policy, and other key priorities aimed at supporting business growth and making the Commonwealth more competitive.
