1/6 🇮🇳🤝🇧🇴 Amb. Rohit Vadhwana @AmbRohitV paid an official visit to Trinidad and held a cordial meeting with the Governor of Beni, H.E. José Alejandro Unzueta Chiriqui @lejandroUnzueta, at the Autonomous Departmental Government of Beni @Gad_Beni. It was the first visit from Embassy of India to the Department of Beni. The event featured Bolivian and Indian dance forms, including Bolivian Tarqueada, Cueca, Morenada, Oriental and Potosino Zapateo, while on the Indian side, it had semi-classical, Holi, Dunuchi, Koli and Rajasthani varieties. Delivering the concluding remarks, Amb Rohit Vadhwana shared his amazement for how well Bolivians are performing Indian dances and noted the community that has been built between Bolivia and India around both countries' rich and diverse cultures. Ambassador Vadhwana thanked the authorities of all Bolivian Departments for their collaboration in organizing these cultural events in the past eight months since his appointment in "lovely Bolivia" and highlighted the importance of India dancers and enthusiasts as cultural Ambassadors of India in Bolivia.
