@StarbucksUK please can someone help? My app malfunctioned this morning, meaning I ordered three coffee’s simultaneously using my stars. Annoyed as the app stated error please try again, yet the orders had gone through. This is a SB issue, how do I get my wasted stars bk please?

@OctopusEnergy I’m having issues with my app. It is showing live data in kWh but is not offering a £ option. The only time I can see costings of my usage is +four weeks ago. I have a home mini - could this be the issue? It’s annoying me that I can’t see my average usage in £

@sainsburys To add insult to injury, I’m now sat at the shop (for an hour) and they “can’t seem to locate my shopping.” Funny that the £135 has been taken from my account. Sainsbury’s, please fix your systems! This shouldn’t have been allowed to happen. Now left with no Christmas food.

@sainsburys I am disgusted that my Christmas food shop, which I was able to book a click and collect slot for 4-5, is still in the shop as it’s shut. Why the hell are you allowing people to book C&C for when the shop is closed? The event I am hosting is ruined as I have no food.

@OctopusEnergy I am thoroughly disappointed in your customer service. I have paid £1000 for an EV charger and have been ignored by my “dedicated” specialist for over 3 wks. Am spending all my breaks trying to sort it out - what am I paying for? Still no help from C Support 😤

@SamsungUK my tv has recently updated to the art store feature (replacing ambient). I can no longer find any of the images I used to use. They are still showing in smart things app, but when I click apply to tv, nothing happens. Where can I access ambient mode?

@Microsoft @Windows paid 4 windows on custom built pc, & had a hardware issue. Replaced m-board & could no longer access the windows I paid for. Customer support say I have to pay again, despite only using it for 2 days. I have proof of purchase. How is this allowed? Shocking!

In addition to this I was promised a call back by the agent in India, which never materialised. Years ago your customer service was second to none. Outsourcing your call centres was a huge mistake.

@SkyHelpTeam I am fed up with the poor service I have received recently. Nothing but problems since I moved home, 4 months on I am being charged for 2 months of broadband I didn’t have. Your team in India have still not removed it from my bill despite promising it had been.
