$IBRX I had emailed the FDA (including multiple departments), and finally a representative reached out on my cell. We had a productive discussion about how FDA barriers are preventing my family and others from accessing cancer treatments that are already approved globally, including in Saudi Arabia. I challenged how a U.S.-developed drug can receive accelerated approval abroad while Americans are blocked by FDA red tape. I let her know patients will hold FDA responsible.
I also raised concerns about the EAP restrictions for for Lymphopenia and questioned why access isn’t available nationwide. 11k cases waiting. I shared my family’s cancer history my mother and three sisters, including one we recently lost and the urgency this creates.
She acknowledged the concerns and said she would escalate. I made it clear that patients may pursue class action under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) if this continues. I was direct: immediate approval for Lymphopenia.

Every American man should be a passport bro before marriage just to see how woman in other countries treat men.
You will never believe a woman who speaks multiple languages, has more education, and is actually independent vs claims to be could ever compare until you see the light.

Mad respect great pivot, not doubt you shall rewarded by OSS community. I feel the key to SaaS now to prevent being cannabilized by the growing reality that AI will only move quicker is target specialized niches with turn key solutions I have been focus on cash pay holistic and integrative medical providers for a decade and now anthropic aligned w me on that wss their push on life sciences

Anthropic Claude Cowork just killed our startup product 😅 So we did the most rational thing: open-sourced it.

Claude@claudeai
Introducing Cowork: Claude Code for the rest of your work. Cowork lets you complete non-technical tasks much like how developers use Claude Code.

I feel a large aspect of peformance degradation has to do with codebase blost and technical debt, that cylically after certain thresholds of developer you need to programtically clear all caches for all package managers, build artifacts, node modeuled and audit for stale lock files, and then in addition the claude cache, logs, verbose plus anything else
Keeps chipping away at the amount of resources claude needs to keep track of unless ignored but even then I have found with claude plugins they also have caches. I have if i Claude is on struggle bus and i uninstall reinstall refresh all of above, it resolves a lot of performance degradation, just super painful to do it and in midst of the grind.
Cursor is even worse with the vacuum hugiene needs on all the sql datasbses that quickly explored to 4+ gb and it makes a backup so all of a sudden u have 8 gb plus logs bloat and verbose bloat.

@burkov hi sorry you've had a frustrating experience, I wanted to clarify that we absolutely don't change which models we route to or 'nerf' the models
but I would love to take a look at your sessions that felt dumb, if you hit /feedback and DM me the id we can check it out
English

It must be illegal to sell access to one model but serve a different one. Since yesterday, Claude has been making me angry, and it's the first time I've felt angry since I started exclusively using it for coding two months ago.
I chose Opus 4.5 as the model for which I'm charged $100/month, but I know I'm being served something similar to GPT-3.5.
This is fraud and theft.
BURKOV@burkov
I was just about to post that as well! I'm sure Anthropic cheats and serves a weaker model when overloaded or needs GPUs for something urgent. The last two days, I feel like I'm talking to a retard from 2024.
English

Love both you guys, @dharmesh a few years ago at inbound you said to not chase ai you will never win but dig a moat, so i got my shovel and started mastering the data ecosystem and i would say when opus 4.1 hit i got to finally start enjoying my data moat which they coined a “data lake” and replace my entire staff w ai.

👋 Hi I'm Boris and I work on Claude Code. I am going to start being more active here on X, since there are a lot of AI and coding related convos happening here.
Feel free to tag me with Claude Code feedback or bug reports. Love to hear how y'all are using Claude Code, and what we can do to make it even better.

@tom_doerr Legit game changer almost like they should just eliminate codex and only use gpt 5. Also discovered if you evaluate your brewfile and clitools, tell it to only use posix, modern cli tools, vendor cli tools, and do gap analysis for each task, it does well.
English

I was historically team claude code with backup as amazon q. I have exponentially increased using codex, your team is doing great job!
I have found codex excels at hallucinating less and is better at tool calling out of the box and evaluating more technical deep dived that are focused specific objectives.
The o3 models is so solid at planning and better than claude code, wouod
Be awesome to have that mode available and deep research bundled together to provide better self orcestration.
Claude codex excels w this that when i am using parallel agents with neural networks and defined objectives i can have autonomously self orchestrate with judge llm / MoE and integrated with ollama
Local llm models i use oss-120b via turbo mode for cloud inference and then spawn 100 agents with DAA and configure TDD and HDD (hypothesis driven development) and require scinetific method with judge llm and let it rip for 3 hours autonomously w high levels of accuracy and limited hallucinations using a recurisve closed feed back loops based on defining a mathemtical function for each objective to calculate area under curve using riemmans sums and tell it to approsch infinity defining infestimally small increments based in newton raphson approximation.
English

Prob same people who blame themselves for being fat eating donuts all day. Claude code shits on codex all day to infinity and beyond, it is not even a comparison. Anyone who disagrees prob also voted for joe biden and thinks you can build rome in a day one shot prompting and forgetting to do all the environmental setup and configurations.
No matter what coding agent, everything is about setting up the proper shell environment, tools and tool call infrastructure, and using mcp serverd, and what i have done w claude code blew my mind.
Codex has its place and before gpt 5 didnt even bother w it, but still light years behind.
Codex in Cursor IDE though is a lot better, almost hard to think it is the same tool and does a lot better w tool calling.
English

i have had the strangest experience reading this: i assume its all fake/bots, even though in this case i know codex growth is really strong and the trend here is real.
i think there are a bunch of things going on: real people have picked up quirks of LLM-speak, the Extremely Online crowd drifts together in very correlated ways, the hype cycle has a very "it's so over/we're so back" extremism, optimization pressure from social platforms on juicing engagement and the related way that creator monetization works, other companies have astroturfed us so i'm extra sensitive to it, and a bunch more (including probably some bots).
but the net effect is somehow AI twitter/AI reddit feels very fake in a way it really didnt a year or two ago.

Auto-discovery of semantic symbols in codebase to create anchors and force standardization of parameterization, centralization, and sources of truth to define schema registry of where specific files should always be stored and found. Codex is great for diving super deep down rabbit hole on a specific focus but it falls short significantly compared to claude code or amazon q chat for actually builds apps ready for production, i more use it to go deep on semantic tasks as i beleieve it lacks contextual awareness, consciousness, and overall autonomous thinking capabilities.
If i set claude code to have 50 mcp servers, build a ANN, use makes files, just files, task files, and have sub agents, i am exponentially doing more by the day literally w claude andnuse codex to debug issues or think differently, claude code is just beat i can easily get it to self orchestrate for over an hour w a unbelievable levl of accuracy doing increment sprints using data modeling and mathemical patterns using topology and riemmans sums strategy to calculate area under curve with infestimally small incremenrs and then self judge, self evaluate, and regroup using Ollama with OSS GPT.
U should have OSS GPT built in as a judge llm with agents.
English

@Ambitious_Lynch @LiMzba Exactly. Think of Claude like a river. Some days it goes one way, some days it goes another. Some days it’s full. Some days it’s not.
It’s your job as the human in the room to build impressive infrastructure to guide that river and make it do what *you* want

Who is Winning the AI Space Race?
In my latest video with @Ambitious_Lynch we talk about who is winning the "AI Space Race" so far in 2025.
We discuss the emergence of new models like DeepSeek and the implications for established players like OpenAI.
