🚨The state of North Carolina's treatment of repeat offenders and career criminals🚨: 1) Justice reinvestment Act of 2011 (Gov. Beverly Purdue (D) and @RoyCooperNC as AG); this law pushed county and state judges to place known recidivists on the street with probation or out of prison early on post-release (forced public integration in hopes of not committing another crime) to collect money and lower incarceration rates. 2) These "high-flyers" within the criminal justice system were to be "supervised" by North Carolina's Probation and Parole Officers (now within the Department of Adult Corrections, formerly under Department of Community Corrections). 3) While out on "supervision," offenders are supposed to go to "treatment" classes, centers, cognitive behavior improvement organizations, and pay many fees to the NC court system as part of their 'reintegration'. 4) @NCCorrection policy and practices prevent PPOs from making new arrests with new criminal charges for breaking the law while on probation. PPOs can only detain until local LEOs respond to NCDAC officers assistance. 5) If there are no available LEOs for PPO assistance, the offender will be let go from detainment due to the NC DAC policy for not making any new arrest for criminal offense while on supervision. 6) Any offender arrested on a new offense will be adjudicated based on the local court's practices and procedures, NOT NC law - which is already repeat offender friendly and heavy on reducing incarceration for collecting money for NC courts... In CONCLUSION (recommended non-political action): Every high-ranking officer in NCDAC and NCDPS with the title of 'Director' or 'Assistant-Director' should be fired without cause and benefits, and replaced immediately. Any city or town mayor, municipality council member or sheriff in NC who abides under the lenient of offenders mentality that the JRA produced who perpetuates the failed justice of protecting their citizens should be recalled and voted out immediately.

@Armed_Bear_MAGA @gecffmn If I may... Deism veers a little from Christian history, due to the nature of Jesus Christ and His existence. God did intervene, and had intervened, through the histories and the Gospels. Jesus was the game changer. He was the person who fulfilled God's sin atonement for man.

@SpamRanger @lamps_apple Which party has the most lawyers who are members and high dollar donors of the lawyer lobby? Robert Bork mapped out this "legal corruption" argument in 2000. Nothing has been done, and no one is doing, anything about this...

All correct but you left out one additional important detail. Categorizing payments to a lawyer as “Legal Expenses” is standard accounting practice under GAAP, FASB and IRS rules. What this means is that the 34 fraud felonies against Trump are fraud perpetrated by the Court. Furthermore there are no laws, rules or practices for categorizing payments to a lawyer as anything other than “Legal Expenses” that are knowable for purposes of compliance. Therefore the court violated the Rule of Lenity and Vagueness Doctrine. This is more negligence by the court. The Supreme Court seems to be too incompetent to rule on this. All the more reason for me to view the Courts as a bucket of crap. It’s good to be an Engineer and not a Lawyer as I’d get in trouble from contempt for the court’s incompetence. @USSupremeCourt @SCOTUSblog @HarmeetKDhillon @barnes_law

Never forget that Democrats abused their power to convict a former president on 34 felonies for how his lawyer recorded payments & invoices to/from his lawyer (same lawyer) while he was sitting president. The prosecution never claimed that Trump physically recorded the payments himself. Instead, he was convicted under the legal principle of "causing" a false entry to be made. The statute of limitations for the misdemeanor charge of falsifying business records (two years in New York) had long expired. The only way the DA could bring the charges in 2023 was by "stepping them up" to felonies, effectively bringing a dead, time-barred misdemeanor back to life The DA never actually had to formally charge Trump with the underlying campaign finance crime required to elevate the charges to felonies. The judge ruled that the jury did not even have to unanimously agree on which specific underlying crime Trump was trying to commit, just that they generally agree that he committed a crime. How can someone properly defend themselves against a crime they were never charged with? Democrats used an activist District Attorney and Judge to stretch and abuse the law to target a political figure, using a legal theory that had never been tested before. Democrats destroyed our justice system. They proved to everyone that they can jail you for any reason they want.

@CynicalPublius @HomerK66 How about Senate ever 4 years, and President every three years with the ability for a third term? That way, every six years the President and the House can have a major overhaul and the President's second term can get checked every eight years, anyway, by the Senate...

One day long ago as an Army major, I spent the day escorting Senator Strom Thurmond around the 82nd Airborne Division. (Little known fact: Strom landed on D-Day in a glider with the 82nd; the 82nd Museum has a picture of him on a captured Sonderkraftfahrzeug 2.) Strom was near 100 years of age at the time I met him. As the day went on, it was obvious to me that Strom was almost wholly mentally incapacitated and his staff had utter control over everything he did. (Strom told a female paratrooper, Jumpmaster, combat medic sergeant that she would "Make someone a nice wife some day.") What Strom was then, Mitch McConnell is now. There needs to be a law.

@NeolibCicero @amyklobuchar Tariffs are not a "tax" on me. Taxes are taxes. They can be a strain on the consumer due to companies needing to make up the margins; however, if I regulate my consumption to necessities, I can be fine with tariffs... But, Congress wants me poor...

The risk of being killed in a politically motivated attack in the US is low, a Cato study shows. Excluding 9/11 and the Oklahoma City bombing, most deaths come from right-wing attackers, followed by Islamists, and then left-wing attackers. ow.ly/3HEG50Yic9x

If you want to see the documentary film Generation-Covid, please share the trailer again. And tell us where you'd like to see it. And tag the platform! We're told over and over - by festivals and platforms - covid is over, no one cares. People do care. As they should. An unforgivable and unprecedented violation of our civil liberties. And there has been no reckoning.
Jennifer Sey@JenniferSey

To all those who follow me because of @xx_xyathletics and who are now telling me to stop talking about covid... Let me just explain a few things -- and why that isn't going to happen. The only reason I'm even active on @X is because of covid. The only reason I have any following at all is because of covid. Why? Because I objected to school closures and lockdowns from day 1. I lost my career, my city, pretty much all of my friends. Because I said closed schools, closed playgrounds, and masking were harming our kids. We all suffered the most egregious violations of our civil liberties imaginable during lockdowns. I will never understand why people don't care and want to just pretend it never happened. We couldn't leave our homes. Literally. We were told we couldn't see family, celebrate the holidays. We couldn't move about freely. We were censored. We couldn't gather or protest (unless it was for BLM, then it was ok). People couldn't go to church or AA meetings. For years! Two year olds were forced to wear masks for hours a day. They suffered speech and developmental delays. That continue to this day. Public school students in blue states were kept out of full time school for a year and a half. While their private school peers attended school and played sports. The most vulnerable children were harmed the most. People couldn't work. 27M people lost their jobs in 2020. 27M!! People couldn't visit loved ones in the hospital. People died alone. Women gave birth alone. People were arrested for surfing. In the ocean - alone. The world shut down. Supply chains stopped. That initiated the inflation we still are struggling to beat back. I've been a covid dissident since March 2020. Children were harmed. They are still suffering from learning loss and the emotional impact of isolation and halted development. For some, the course of their lives was altered forever. They dropped out of school. Or fell behind and never caught up. Disengaged and never re-engaged. Drugs. Eating disorders. Suicidal ideation. Attempted suicide. Oh and the by way, the trans madness accelerated during lockdowns. Why? Isolation, terminal on-line-ness, depression, anxiety, all of it. Caused by lockdowns. This is not something I will forgive. Or forget. You can't treat kids like prisoners and expect them to be ok (that is quote from a parent in Generation Covid - a parent who lost his child to suicide in 2021.) I started making this documentary in 2022, and followed children and families who were harmed for 2 full years. It's called Generation-Covid. Don't look away.
