@qvcuk had a delivery yesterday and the items have been damaged, leaked all over packaging. Please advise me how to gain a refund Order 3211438

@DFS Horrific service continues, apparently you called to advise my delivery had been cancelled… you hadn’t and now we’ve disposed of the old sofas …. With no idea how long we’re sat on the floor… wouldn’t mind but we do have someone with extra needs in the household.

An important update on deliveries:

Had this checked at another bike shop to be told wear isn’t showing and this fault shouldn’t have happened. I’m now expected to pay for parts, that shouldn’t have been faulty

@Halfords_uk horrific service via your customer service line and instore today. Purchased a £500 bike from you in Late October, used a handful of times, with a clear fault on it. Only to be told it’s not a fault and it has wear to the part.
