I have called your Customer Service and they have said that there is nothing they can do and I have to wait up to 5 working days for it to be looked at. I have also called the hotel itself and the manager is not available and there is nobody who can help.

@AmazonUK this is the second time your delivery drivers have done this in the space of 7 days. Too lazy to bother taking it to the correct door and just throwing it over in to next doors horses stables, pathetic! Not only that there should have been 2 delivered, and only have 1!

@Bekola1975 @MartinSLewis @ofgem It really isn’t good. The guy I spoke to was helpful, and I don’t blame him as it’s not his fault but it’s very poor from the company. Makes me wonder how many people would just simply pay it. I would be in over £1500 credit with them come the end of the year if I paid it.

@AmyLovick @MartinSLewis @ofgem It is awful how they make you feel. I had to go through to their collection team to plead for mine to be reduced. Despite being in credit and payments on time. They said they'll review mine again in Feb so I expect ill have the stress of going through it all again. Till April!

@InsleyLynn @CustomerRe97223 @OVOEnergy @OffGem Just had an email from them saying they are increasing the Direct Debit, I just called them and they have tried to set the DD to more than double monthly usage! They have now reduced it, but not before asking if I want to reduce it due to financial hardship…absolute cheek!

@CustomerRe97223 So it takes posting my concerns on Twitter to get Priority - perhaps everyone should do that. Ovo reduced my DD back to what it was after I involved Offgem - but the issue of stockpiling peoples money, remains. I intend to raise it with the Energy Minister.

@McDonaldsUK I hope you are seeing this! Absolutely disgusting, the new lids do not fit your hot drink cups properly. This has left lasting damage to my friends mums leg due to the terrible lids. She is now being seen by a specialist burns clinic, possible skin graft needed!

@McDonalds You really need to find a way of redelivering missing items when you order through the app. Almost every time there are missing items and nothing the store can do about it.

@bullterrier80 @ladbible I think I am being pretty clear that it’s the customers fault for not understanding the rules of betting. As I say, you need to understand the law when it comes to betting, if he went to IBAS (independent body) then they would tell him to piss off and be grateful for the £660!

@AmyLovick @ladbible Try handing a slip over the counter with prices written on it and see what happens..........and if it was then there even more at fault because they need to check the price against what he has wrote and then initial it
