@4Day_Week This is the next logical step in the efficiency dividend. If workers don’t get time back in their day/week all of this tech advancement will be for nothing. #healthfirst

@pmarca @PeterDiamandis If people don’t get time back in our days and weeks we lost the AI war. It could be all worthless
English

The "AI job loss" narratives are all fake. AI = massive ramp in productivity = massive ramp in demand = massive jobs boom. Watch.

1. Employer recovery from post-COVID hiring correction 2. Employer recovery from post-COVID interest rate spike 3. Elasticity = demand boom QED

@KeepingItHeel Keep it in the fam. Hire Stakehouse. Does the U make the team or does the coach? Let’s make ‘em believe
English

@davidasinclair First, we need to recognize practitioners that are meeting people where they work, live, and play. This is the only way to ensure predictive and proactive delivery of health. Or, we stop treating health like a commodity and start seeing it as an asset
English

@WilMalley @KeepingItHeel I understand. I am only poking holes because this definition of success is not a standard. Most people really don’t think about what they mean by success just as they don’t really know why a coach should be fired
English

@AndrewMBraun @KeepingItHeel Also, by consistent NCAA success I mean making at least the Sweet 16 every year, getting to the Final-4 every 5 years or so. And winning a championship within 2 recruiting cycles, which is 8 years. Should never be lower than a 4-seed.
English

@WilMalley @KeepingItHeel Yes, Duke is a factory. I don’t believe the payers have much of a connection to the University. Doctors control their product. Duke is a good example of that. UK was also that way for some time.
English

@AndrewMBraun @KeepingItHeel I'd appreciate you explaining what you mean by "factory"? Is Duke a factor? Kentucky?
English

@WilMalley @KeepingItHeel I agree. Consistent success is harder to defend. For example, on the last 30 years UCONN is considered to have the most success (6 titles) so some definitions are dependent on time.
What I like about UNC is they seem to be more authentic. The program doesn’t feel like a factory
English

@AndrewMBraun @KeepingItHeel IMHO an elite program has the following: a long standing tradition & history of success.
Top-flight facilities, resources & academics.
Strong record of grad success, which includes NBA alumni.
Be considered a destination school for the top recruits.
Consistent NCAA success.
English

@KFish71 @KeepingItHeel @UNCballTalk We most likely already have some or most of those guys. There are teams that do a lot more with less and there are a lot of teams that do a lot less with more.
What are your expectations for recruiting?
English

@AndrewMBraun @KeepingItHeel @UNCballTalk Agreed! If only there were a person who’s in charge of bringing in players that can execute down the stretch and make free throws, it would be easy!
Oh. Wait. There already is? 😳
English

@PitttyW @KeepingItHeel @UNCballTalk Fair. What are reasonable expectations for UNC to play to your standards?
English

@AndrewMBraun @KeepingItHeel @UNCballTalk Not calling the timeout with 29 seconds left on the in bounds is malpractice that I can no longer support. I’ve been a season ticket holder and Rams Club member for a large part of my life.
This is unacceptable. It’s time for him to go.
English

@WilMalley @KeepingItHeel That’s exactly my point, Bill. What do you consider “elite?”
English

@AndrewMBraun @KeepingItHeel UNC is not really an elite program anymore. The damage done to the brand under CHD is substantial. Character & Development are viewed with a subjective lens, & truthfully mean very little in today's circumstances. #UNC #MarchMadness

Most of us assume health = doctor visits.
But 80–90% of real health decisions happen outside clinic walls
Yet doctors and wellness pros still work in silos
Why? And why this must change?

A new Cochrane review claims intermittent fasting "doesn't work."
But it only measured weight loss - not insulin sensitivity, autophagy, inflammation, or gene expression. Here's what the science actually shows.
The 2026 Cochrane systematic review analyzed 22 randomized controlled trials and concluded that intermittent fasting produces "little to no difference" in weight loss compared to standard dieting. Headlines declared fasting dead. But the review never measured what actually makes fasting powerful: the metabolic switch.
In this video, I break down exactly what the Cochrane review measured, what it missed, and why the real science of fasting - insulin signaling, ketone production, NLRP3 inflammasome inhibition, autophagy activation, and longevity gene expression - tells a completely different story.
