Pending finalisation of the divorce, she applied for maintanence in terms of Rule 43, demanding R40k maintanance pay, R40k for rent & contribution toward legal cost to the tune of R1m. I grew up in small town South Dakota. Growing up, I didn’t have a clue what politics were. Raised in a Catholic household, Graduated High School, Went to college, Joined the Military, Went back to college. Never paid attention to politics, Just always voted Republican. Until I started paying attention. Until I understood my moral values didn’t align with Republicans. I would consider myself empathetic, strong willed, believe in family and staying faithful to my family. I believe in education, equality and that my daughters should have the right to choose. I believe people should be free to love who they want without persecution. I believe you judge people by their actions. Not by the color of their skin, language they speak or religion they follow. Like I said. My moral values don’t align with Republican values.
