Travelling with a 9 month old is hard enough, but this has been horrendous. Sent him and his mum home in a cab and will have to pay for another to get myself home when baggage arrives. Will do everything I can to never fly with you again. The fucking worst

End up landing at 2.45am - 4 hours late . now no baggage at reclaim for any arriving flight. More and more flights arriving a no one getting any bags. Why are there no staff anywhere? One flight been waiting 5 hours for their bags, we are 1.5hrs in.

.@easyJet I’ve only had bad experiences post covid but today is the worst. Oversubscribed flight from Rhodes to Gatwick and 0 communication between plane and ground staff resulting in 4 hour delay.
