Whether right/wrong/feasible/reasonable, the demand to meet every child’s unique needs is very real, and is only going to intensify, especially with the gov’s new destreaming of 9&10 curriculum.

You should only be doing one prep for the class. Kids that need special help should be in special classes or schools with people trained for them.

I've had a bunch of close friends leave teaching and start working in the private sector. Without fail, every single one of them says they are less stressed, their work/life balance is better, and their mental health is better, even though some are making less money. 1/
