@enterprisecares What’s the point of a reservation if you don’t honor it? My 9am reservation was triple-confirmed but there were no SUVs available. Was told that they may have more at 1pm but it didn’t look good. FOUR hours for a “maybe” after a confirmed reservation? #Unhappy
