On Saturday, our scholars, alumni, staff and Board Chair joined family and friends to lay to rest our PSS Scholar, Cellestine. We also presented her graduation portrait, honoring the milestone she was set to achieve this December. Her light remains with us ♾️ #RIPCelle 💜 1/2
