Because it is asking for an authenticator number, his authenticator no longer works, and the number associated with the account is an old number he no longer has access too. He is in his 70s and wow is his only real hobby, he has tried his best to remember the answers to the

@yahoomail My grandad is struggling to get into his email account, he can not receive a code to change his password as he no longer has access to the recovery phone number, there also isn't a recovery email attached to the account. Can you help please.
