@KaeleyT Well done. We, of all people, should welcome the light of truth in exposing evil. It’s an absolute tragedy how these “leaders” assert themselves and get away with merciless treatment of the female sex.

So many, many strangers have come to my page in the last three days to strongly declare that Julie Roys is bad news. They accuse her of gossip, of slander, of division, of witch hunts. I am not going to say she does her job perfectly. None of us do. What I will say is that she is METICULOUS with receipts. If she makes a claim, she's going to make darn sure to back it up with evidence, which is a helluva lot more than the people coming here to condemn her are able to do when asked why they dislike her so much. You know what else she does that these guys NEVER do? She repents when she gets things wrong. She owns her mistakes. She apologizes for them. She names her sin, and not in the slimy damage-control way we see in so many churches where the pastor only issues a half-ass vague apology so he can retain power. Women who rock the boat in the church are held to a much higher standard in the public eye than many of our pastors are. John MacArthur publicly excommunicated Eileen Gray in front of thousands of people and encouraged his congregation to treat her like an enemy when she refused to return to her criminally abusive sexual predator of a husband. He never apologized. Mark Driscoll can call women "penis homes" and use church funds to advance his book to the top of the New York Times bestseller list and be credibly accused by literally dozens of church members of pastoral abuse, and yet he's invited to be a keynote speaker at major Christian conferences. Doug Wilson can call women cunts and harpies and lumberjack dykes. He can say that American slavery wasn't bad. He can preach that women shouldn't vote. He can write softcore porn about sex robots. He can harbor numerous pedophiles in his church and shame their victims into silence and still be invited to lead prayer sessions at nationally important events. Greg Locke can abandon his marriage and marry his secretary. He can abuse his congregation and make bogus accusations about having proof that Joel Osteen is an actual pedophile, and he's still on the main circuit. Ravi Zacharias, Bill Hybels, Robert Morris, Tullian Tchividjian, Paige Patterson, Mile Bickle, and on and on and on ad nauseam. How long did it take for any of the truths about these guys to be known? And how would anyone know if people like Julie weren't tirelessly doing the work most of us neglect? It wouldn't. But if you'd rather pretend like the real problem is Julie Roys instead of a culture of whitewashing abuse, then at least have the courtesy to apply the same standard of care in reporting that she does: Bring the receipts. Show me where she reported something untrue about someone. And then tell me why you're more upset about her talking than you are about these leaders abusing their power. Apparently "nobody is perfect" applies to pastors who spiritually terrorize people, protect predators, exploit congregants, lie, bully, manipulate, and destroy lives. But let a woman raise her voice too loudly while exposing it, and suddenly precision, holiness, gentleness, and biblical ethics become urgent concerns. I'm sorry, but no. I don't buy it anymore. If your greatest outrage is reserved for the people exposing rot instead of the people creating it, you are not protecting the church. You are protecting the machine.

This is quite an aside from my usual posts, but I feel it necessary. The sudden surge of "Christians" attacking Michael Heiser here on X is, at best, ignorant and misguided, and at worst, hateful and anti-Biblical. His works are scholarly and intriguing, not altering the Gospel, but adding (or rather, recovering) another aspect of it that deepens and enriches our love for God and His Word. (On the positive side of these new attacks, I'm finding new people to follow, those who respectfully defend the scholarship!)

Studies and surveys by the Barna Group and the Pew Foundation vividly show that our traditional, institutional model of “church” in the West is a dismal failure. Conversely, outside the West the Church is growing by leaps and bounds as it embraces the New Testament’s mandates for gathering together as the multi-gifted, relational and participatory Body of Christ to build up each other through ministry one to another. Is it any wonder then that Western “Churchianity” is in crisis as it ignores those Biblical mandates but instead organizes around: ▪The one gifted man and his “anointed” ministry; ▪Hierarchical and position-focused “leadership”; ▪Podium-controlled staged meetings with passive pews for spectators who are expected to do little more than drop money in a plate while following along as others put on a scripted, manipulative “worship service”; ▪Monopolizing, monologue sermons; ▪The bondage of tithing; ▪Resource-sucking infrastructure, staff and buildings; and ▪Ministry centered on “professional” clergy?

Fame can be like a drug…people are addicted to the enamored masses like an addict is to a drug. I like Eric Metaxes, (his Bonhoeffer book was outstanding) but I was sorely disappointed when he stood up with (not to) Mike Bickle. It’s time we ALL remember that the HEART is deceitful above ALL things, and desperate wicked.

Eric, we don’t know each other but it’s important to understand that Malachi runs defense of sexual perverts, frauds, and abusers. This isn’t speculation. I’ve interviewed the victims and presented the evidence. His online contribution to this situation is him trying to justify the ungodly acts of those who cover up for and enable abusers, while adding further harms to their victims. I don’t know where you’re really at with all this stuff (I haven’t followed) but I do know you previously defended Mike Bickle and shamed the women he groomed, molested, and used prophecy to manipulate. Bickle was always a bad guy. Did you ever recant that horrible act on your part? I’m sure you feel righteous but man, slow down, talk to some people who aren’t guilty of partiality, and wake up. The evidence has been presented.

I was in my early 40s and was asking an older minister for some wisdom. He told me something I will never forget...in spite of my consternation and confusion...in spite of feeling like I was behind on things he told me this - "You are right on schedule!" Maybe you need to hear that today - "You are right on schedule!"

A peer-reviewed paper published last year in the journal Bioethics by two professors at Western Michigan University School of Medicine argues that it is "morally obligatory" to genetically engineer ticks to spread alpha-gal syndrome, a permanent condition that makes you violently allergic to red meat. The paper is called "Beneficial Bloodsucking." Their argument: if eating meat is morally wrong, then preventing the spread of a disease that forces people to stop eating meat is also morally wrong. Scientists should gene-edit lone star ticks to enhance their ability to carry alpha-gal syndrome and expand their range into urban environments to infect more people. They call this a "moral bioenhancer." They frame releasing genetically modified disease-carrying ticks as a "vaccination" that only "infringes" on your bodily autonomy rather than "violating" it. The distinction, apparently, is that a tick bit you instead of a government official holding you down. Alpha-gal syndrome is not mild. The CDC estimates up to 450,000 Americans are already affected. Cases have surged 100-fold in the last decade. Symptoms include anaphylaxis. There is no cure. Alpha-gal cases are exploding across the United States. The lone star tick's range is expanding far beyond its historical territory. And two academics at a medical school published a paper arguing this is a good thing that should be accelerated. At what point do we stop treating papers like this as fringe academic exercises and start asking whether anyone is already acting on them?

Christians should discern and recognize that this is the Lord’s doing: cleansing His people, making His bride ready for her Bridegroom. Sadly, our powerful witness to this world has become so distorted and worldly. Where is the fear of the Lord? What happened to humility? “All spiritual gifts operate within a SERVANT paradigm; titles never override the towel and basin.” —from Substack

My friend @JonmarkBaker, made a great point: The only sin today, for many preachers, that is worthy of exposure is the sin of exposing sin. Calling out an abuser or someone manipulating prophecy—an act of protecting believers—apparently, is more evil than committing abuse or manipulating people through prophecy. "Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them." (Eph. 5:11) "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!" (Is. 5:20)

What people like Julie Roys do is extremely destructive and self-serving. I thank God for my friend @MalachiOBrien taking the OPPOSITE tack. Grace, love, and forgiveness. Which is why I wrote the foreword to his excellent book on the subject. amazon.com/Time-Rise-Over…
Dr. Malachi - (Dr. Run)@malachiobrien

I wrote a book on overcoming accusation not to sell books, but to give language to what the vast majority of believers are feeling and sensing. (Link in comments) “Christian TMZ” — aka the “Failure Porn Cartel” or “Condemnation Culture” — is loud. It is fueled by the flesh, not by the Spirit. It is an assault on the Gospel itself. You can not have encounters with God and in obedience to the Spirit say such things. There are two kinds of people driving it 1. Those who build significance by posting video after video — very Candace Owens-like in style. Full of insinuation and religiously camouflaged opinion. Often cynical. Many seem less concerned with whether something is true and more concerned with whether people believe it is true. The collateral damage is devastating. The exploitation of pain is pervasive. 2. Those who flood the comments with vile and hateful statements. The people posting these videos rarely call for restraint or caution in the comment section. Why? Because they know exactly what they are stirring up. All of this is an assault on mercy, grace, forgiveness, and redemption. You will notice something else: the people making exposure videos never make videos exposing their own worst sins. Why? Because somehow their sin is always treated as less severe than the people they target. I have noticed that those who do ask for forgiveness or take ownership of things brought to light are NEVER given grace. Rather the repentance is judged through the lens of the cartel. I am convinced they want people to either kill themselves or go to Hell based on the replies and the public shames heaped upon people. Most, (not all), of what is called "church hurt" is not real. Sorry. It is not. You don't like authority or simply are not under any real spiritual covering. I FULLY KNOW THAT this post does not answer every legitimate question — and I understand that. Questions about accountability, justice, alleged victims, and how to address "fallen leaders" matter deeply. I intend to address those issues in future videos because they are valid questions. Most importantly, I want to see Jesus loved supremely above all else, and I want to see the Church love and build one another up instead of tearing each other apart. You want to come alive today? Go tell someone else about Jesus! Go spend an hour in prayer. Give yourself to a season of fasting. Watch what happens. Go read "Why revival tarries" by Ravenhill. You will find yourself on the floor repenting of your sins. Go serve in your church. Pray for your pastor. Encourage someone who is hurting. Love people more than ever. Life is too short to be triggered all the time. In the words of Tony Robbins: “Life is not what happens to you. It is the story you tell yourself about what happens to you.”

On the same day we aired our interview with Sue — who courageously detailed the sexual abuse she says she suffered at the hands of the late “prophet” Bob Jones — podcaster and (sort of) pastor Heather Schott publicly praised Jones as a great prophet. This reflects a troubling pattern. Heather Schott, along with her husband Landon, has shown a disturbing carelessness toward victims of sexual abuse and spiritual abuse. In this particular interview, Schott was speaking with Che Ahn, who himself has faced accusations of abusive behavior toward members of his congregation — accusations for which many believe he has never been meaningfully held accountable. I have personally spoken to him, and he lied to me—and will not be held accountable. Within these circles, calling and anointing are often elevated above character. Character matters in theory, but in practice, it is frequently treated as secondary to someone’s apostolic or prophetic status. As a result, severe misconduct — even sexually abusive behavior — is minimized, excused, or overlooked because of the minister’s perceived gifting or influence. Bob Jones deeply wounded women. Yet many continue to celebrate him as a man of God without grappling honestly with the damage done to victims.

To the watchmen He says, "I want you to tell your scattered future in the past to come into the order that I have for it in the future " This is Chuck Pierce. He's speaking directly to the prayer movement. He's probably been on a conference call with Mike Bickle. This was from a January promo for Pierce's, What is God Saying conference this year. I missed it but it's Cinco De Mayo and I'm whistling to the Future Past on Day 5 of Nope Feast 2026 🌮🌯 🪇 I want to talk to you today about clouds without rain, pretense, presumption, and 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. This Banana Boat has been orating the future for a while now. He makes a very good living at it. There's so much loaded language in this 50 sec clip. If you're familiar with the references you'll understand exactly who he's talking to and what he's saying and why. The Prophetic Movement has been taking serious hits. A person who promises a gift but doesn’t give it is like clouds and wind that bring no rain. Proverbs 25:14 NLT Jude spoke of them, When these people eat with you in your fellowship meals commemorating the Lord’s love, they are like dangerous reefs that can shipwreck you. They are like shameless shepherds who care only for themselves. They are like clouds blowing over the land without giving any rain. They are like trees in autumn that are doubly dead, for they bear no fruit and have been pulled up by the roots. Jude 1:12 NLT There's a lot of pulling up by the roots happening right now. Nobody is safe. Everybody knows it even this Banana Boat. Guys like Chuck Pierce, Lou Engle, Che Ahn, and Mike Bickle love to bloviate prophetically about what God's doing and saying in the heavens. Bickle especially loved the prestige of sitting in the Captains chair at IHOPKC making sweeping predictions about the future and giving updates on where the Church is at and what Satan is doing in the second heaven. Remember Bickle's last sermon? The Black Horse, the Middle East, Betrayal Culture, and the Rage of Satan. Meanwhile he was a serial abuser who got away with it for 40 years and knew the noose was tightening around his own neck. That's the very definition of pretense and presumption. You can shout Grace! Grace! to that scattered future past until you are blue in your face and it still won't be the word of the Lord. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 2 Cor. 10:5 We have a real serious problem in the halls of the Charismatic Church. Men like this have made an insane amount of money being God's experts on the future. They are motivated and we've entertained them. We need to stop that. You don't get to wave a prophetic wand over the scattered past, blot out your own transgressions, and rewrite your history .@mikebickle et al That's not how it works 🧁 Stop exalting yourself against the knowledge of God. You are blotting out the Son and He's not having it. ✌️🍌🇲🇽

“The Lord’s supper” is simply members of his body communing together over a meal. Rome has corrupted the simple meaning of this. Paul was not instituting an ordinance for the church, he was rebuking a group of self centered believers for their lack of care for one another.
