@AnthonyOD1 @goclio It's down for us too. Entire law firm disconnected, and losing money by the minute. Crazy this is even a possibility with such a critical software.

@TfL Already have an account created and have submitted the docs via your enquiry process form which happily accepted the same ones. Same browser without playing around with cookies/cache either.

Hey @asksheilas , how is it that you can't manage a simple registration change on the same vehicle? Admin charge paid on 29th March (and confirmed via online chat) yet get an email this morning telling "you didn't pay the charge". Useless.

@GiganetUK Hi folks, as your website says your hours are 8am to 8pm, why is a call to your support line at 18:37 on Wednesday (today) met with an "our offices are closed message"?? I mean I know it's Valentines but how about showing your customers some love?

@B25Owl @tado To clarify this isn't just the phone app, but also the "web app" available via a browser as well. So whatever it is, seems pretty fundamental. Did the last person out of the office today accidentally turn off the wrong thing, maybe focusing too much on #HumpDayMotivation ?

@Se_Railway Why are your Key card systems showing my daughter's keycard as expiring in 1997 and preventing her from buying a ticket? Website shows the same so you appear to have a systems issue. When will that be fixed and what caused it?
