🚨 SCAM ALERT @amazonIN Order #408-3045619-0243505: Paid for 5 items, delivered ONLY 1 in an OPEN box. Delivery exec confirmed on call & fled. CCTV proof available. Amazon promised pickup/refund, then denied claim without verification. Unacceptable fraud & accountability failure.

Yesterday I have received a mail that we will take 12 days to resolve your request. Now if I count total number of days, it will be 40 and yes everytime your team is providing new timeline with rude responses. You have been ensuring a hell of an experience for customers.

I received false sms from Tata Cliq that return has been initiated. They have a team of stupid and lying customer executives, beware of shopping at #Tatacliq and save yourself from all harassment and losses.

#TataCliq - a nightmare for shopping, ordered shoes 131845407, returned for size issue within 12 hours on 21st May, called atleast 15 times, every time new date and now the scammer seller has rejected my refund. Kept my money & product @TataCLiQ @TataCLiQCare @TataCompanies

The worst experience from @amazonIN. First, a Faulty product is sent, then a replacement never gets delivered and on top of it no pickup and refund for 12 days. Every 3rd day they say to wait for 3 days, this is our policy. Order ID - 408-9211256-2552334
