@EvanFilarca @ursRockrider I just don’t feel like this will make a difference for me personally, like it’s a fun game but I’ve only played it through twice and I can’t see myself doing it again, my gut tells me I wish I could just focus on one character and that’s why everything feels messy/too much.

Fun Fact: I started working on this timeline back in August 2025 while simultaneously working at the Disney College Program, and I even drew out the whole series of events myself as a rough concept before @ursRockrider beautifully transformed it. A true passion project! 👀🕷️

Robert Pattinson’s Batsuit from ‘The Batman’ is still on display at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. The Batmobile, however has been removed. Staff when asked have said it’s because they are using it for production on the sequel. Does this mean we will see a new Batsuit for Pattinson in ‘THE BATMAN: PART 2’? 🦇 (via @AxelTalksFilm)

@ISISHXXX @SynthPotato It’s a different engine but yeah it should but it’s ubi and it’s AC in 2026 😂 always thought a game in which you’d ONLY use a hidden blade made more sense in terms of social stealth and everyone loves the aesthetic of using it in combat so why not make it the main weapon

My main concerns with Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced so far: - Hunting, while I do think removing the QTEs is an improvement as mentioned previously in a comment, ALL animals should go down with 2-3 swings OR a SINGLE gunshot. Damage Sponges do NOT belong in AC4 and are immersion breaking. This is a balance change and should hopefully be easy to implement by launch - The removal of Hidden Blade combat, this simply is a step down from the original and should return, plus picking up enemy weapons should return. - The menus and HUD: They are functional, but being identical to Shadows is seriously disappointing and loses a lot of AC4's identity. even the font is identical to the one in Shadows. This can be fixed by bringing back the Black/Gold theme and adjusting the font to match the original, plus adding some more pirate themed aspect to the menus - Cutscenes: I already spoke about this yesterday, but RPG generic cutscenes do NOT belong in AC4, seeing this implemented into AC4 is hugely disappointing when they managed to have all scenes motion captured 13 years ago, they don't look good and overall detract from the game as a whole. - Health bars should be turned off by default, I know the HUD is customizable but the default experience needs to always be the ideal one, so these should be off. Overall, Black Flag Resynced is about 85% of the way towards being an ideal remake IMO. Mission design, open world, graphics, combat, stealth, exploration, all look to be massively improved over the original and for many, that alone makes this replace the original game as a whole for revisiting AC4. But that final 15% if achieved, could result in this truly being a perfect remake and while launch is just around the corner, Crimson Desert has proven you CAN implement changes of this level in just a month, so I hope Ubisoft Singapore can pull this off by July. I am very excited for this remake and want it to be that massive celebratory moment for the franchise as a whole so badly, so fingers crossed they listen to the feedback and nail it by launch.

@__John741 @ac_daily_news Resynched will be fine in terms of cutscenes but when you do what Valhalla, Odyssey and Shadows did, that’s too much hence the fact that they want to put more into narrative of Hexe and its presentation according the leaks, heavily mocapped story…

@ArchieSheppard3 @ac_daily_news My fellow LFC brother, no other AC game in the past has mocap for its side content, other than for very brief scenes. Look up the assignments in Brotherhood, the Master Assassin missions in Revelations, the Homestead missions in AC3 or the Paris Stories in Unity.

@Itz_Crossbow @iamrobtv For a completely new start, I guess troy would be a good choice, Roger Craig Smith was already in th Arkham verse twice so yeah, a completely new fresh story would be great, Batman Beyond is an option no doubt but they’ll probably go with Bruce once again.

It’s time WB Games. It’s time to bring back Arkham. Arkham Beyond, a Damian Wayne focused title, a new trilogy taking place between Origins and Asylum with Roger Craig Smith.. SOMETHING. There’s no reason to leave this series on the shelf. No hero has more motion than the Bat, and there’s a lot of story left to tell for the character. We saw FOUR NIGHTS of a 12 year career. There’s something to explore in there I’m sure. Oh and remaster Origins while we’re at it. That game deserves to be played on modern hardware.

@__John741 @ac_daily_news The main thing that is the problem for me is the new cutscenes that are not up to the same standard as the main story, that’s my only gripe tbf but that’s been a problem since Origins/Odyssey, would be nice to see them make a completely new engine built for what AC truly is.

@ac_daily_news Because the standards of the AC "fandom" in particular are impossibly high, and every single detail and aspect that is not completely in line with their expectations is overanalyzed and deemed instantly bad.

@Niklander3 A completely fresh start would be ideal tbf, they can make a game in which you’d actually play as Bruce in sections just like Spider-Man 2018, completely new Gotham with multiple ways to traverse the city, go under it, fully fleshed out sewer system, combat that feels like LOUP2

Here's a novel idea. Why not just make a new Batman game and leave the Arkham era behind us? We have developers that can create a new combat/stealth mechanics the character has been around for 87 years that you can come up with a new story for the Dark Knight for a new game
