In her status hierarchy this kind of a signal is obviously important enough and, IMHO,a reasonable demand. Married couples play the status hierarchy games together.

Maybe it puts you in advantage if you're at a crypto conference, but in any slightly more conservative environment it's a signal of slovenliness. The fact that the hole is invisible is stilk a risk-if the shirt gets untucked or the hole spreads.

@ArpadV2 @robinhanson Disagree. To me, it signals that the person is high status/prestige enough to not concern themselves with trivialities such as this. Like billion dollar company ceos wearing t shirts. Also, your argument falls apart if you consider that the hole is unseen.

I can't wrap my head around men who do this. When I've been in nature with women, even the ones I have zero romantic entanglements with, I've always understood it as an unspoken but sacred fact that I am there for protection if anything goes awry.
