This weather bot turned $300 → $122K on Polymarket weather markets in 3 months I fully decoded algo and built a self-learning Hermes weather trading agent using weather APIs + Opus 4.7, the bot runs 5-min scans & searches mispricings on Polymarket run your agent in 5 steps: • set up a VPS server on Hetzner - $6 • create a weather API on {visualcrossing} - free • set up Hermes agent using one-liner code - free • connect Telegram bot + Opus 4.7 • send {weather trading logic} from article to agent started my agent 2 days ago with a test sum and already having 40% profit agent already caught 2 traders with +400% ROI on Seoul & Chicago weather markets bot used for logic: @coldmath?via=following" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">polymarket.com/@coldmath?via=… my bot test wallet: @hermesweather?via=following" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">polymarket.com/@hermesweather… Hermes bot is a self-learning agent so give him enought trades {100+}, to build his own logic. start small

I run my meta ads with @openclaw for $0/month 😱 here's the system that runs autonomously: step 1: daily health check → social-cli (major shoutout to @vishalojha_me) wraps @Meta's marketing API (token refresh, pagination, rate limits all handled) → am I on track? what's running? who's winning? who's bleeding? any fatigue? → the same 5 questions I asked Ads Manager every morning for 20 years step 2: catch dying ads before CPA spikes → @OpenClaw pulls daily frequency by ad → frequency > 3.5 = audience is cooked, CTR is about to drop → this one signal saves more money than any dashboard step 3: auto-pause bleeders + shift budget to winners → CPA > 2.5x target for 48hrs? auto-pause. no hesitation. → ranks every campaign by efficiency. recommends shifting spend. → last fri it paused an $87 CPA campaign at 3am and scaled my best performer 30% step 4: write new ad copy from your winners → agent analyzes what's working (hooks, angles, CTAs) → generates variations based on the patterns in YOUR top performers → copy modeled on what already converts in your account. step 5: upload ads directly to your account → new creative + copy → live in @Meta Ads Manager → no more downloading, formatting, clicking through the upload flow → agent handles the entire publish cycle step 6: content concepts + morning brief → spots patterns across winners and suggests what to test next → delivers everything to Telegram, Slack, wherever you want it → 90 seconds to read. reply "approved." done. input: your ad account + your target CPA output: an AI that monitors, kills, scales, writes, AND uploads your ads dozens of hours in ad manager → 1 text message I packaged the entire system as the Meta Ads Kit. 5 @OpenClaw skills: - meta-ads (daily checks + auto-pause) - ad-creative-monitor (fatigue detection) - budget-optimizer (efficiency scoring + shift recs) - ad-copy-generator (writes variations from your winners) - ad-upload (publishes creative directly to your account) giving it away free. comment ADS + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

the best startup founders in 2026 won't be the best coders they'll be the best Product Managers here's the full playbook: 1. pick a problem you personally have. you need to understand your user better than anyone else, and the easiest way to do that is to be your own user 2. spin up a landing page with AI fast. make it about the pain and the fix, no fluff. and make signup 2 clicks max, remove every possible friction 3. learn to write specs, describe features and explain edge cases. that's all you really need now 4. let AI build the first version. your job is to direct, not develop 5. use whatever stack you're most comfortable with. just ship. don't overthink the tech decision - that's not your job anymore 6. host on the simplest platform possible - Vercel, Railway, whatever - don't touch servers 7. test thoroughly - especially edge cases. you're a QA now 8. charge from day 0. free users give you nothing but false hope 9. list your product on every directory you can find. it compounds your SEO and builds DR over time 10. start building in public. share the micro wins, the losses, everything. invite people to try it through DMs. I did this for all my products 11. do customer support yourself, always. redirect questions to your socials, never automate this. every support request is a product insight - that's why you do it yourself, always (I still do this for all 5 of my products) 12. automate everything else you do more than twice 13. improve one thing in your product every single day once users start coming in. watch your competitors' G2 and Trustpilot reviews closely for ideas 14. a PM's most important skill is deciding what NOT to build. for every feature request you get, say no to 9 of them - build less, but build it right 15. every week, build one free tool targeting a keyword that benefits you. it compounds over time 16. work your SEO early. build your affiliate setup early. only run paid acquisition after you're sure about PMF every day your only 2 priorities are: - get more users - and keep the ones you have that's it. everything else is noise

I got rejected by 144 investors before raising $150M for my $200M+ rev/year startup. After 144 rejections, I started questioning our approach. Were we solving the right problem? What were we doing wrong? Why weren’t investors seeing what we were seeing? Were we the right team to build this? We tried everything: different pitch angles, new deck structures, and reframing the problem. Then came the 145th meeting, where we closed our first growth round. That yes made everything worth it. But getting there took years of mistakes and hard work. We went through a lot of trial and error just to figure out what resonates with investors. We tried dozens of approaches to figure out what made investors engage. Some landed, most didn't. But each iteration taught us something about what builds conviction versus what just sounds good on paper. And once we cracked that code, our Series C closed faster than expected. And today, I see so many founders in the exact same position I was in 10 years ago: grinding through rejections, questioning everything, and trying to figure out what works. So today I want to give you the resource I wish I had back then: Something that shows you exactly how to structure these conversations and navigate the entire process (because the fundraising cycle can be a big distraction and take a toll on you as a founder). So I've partnered with Notion's Startups Team to create the essential fundraising resource that helps you avoid the mistakes that cost me years. Here's what you are getting: • The actual decks I used to raise $150M for Super[.]com (Series B, C) • 50 real examples from funded startups like Eleven Labs and Artisan AI • A searchable database of 10,000+ investors - angels, VCs, and accelerators you can reach out to immediately (this alone would take months to build manually) • An AI-powered fundraising agent built into Notion with step-by-step prompts (no separate ChatGPT needed) Want access? • Like and share this post • Comment "FUNDRAISE" • Follow me so I can DM you the link I'll send it over ASAP. P.S.: If you are serious about fundraising (now or in the future), you should grab it right away.

ℹ️Public Service Announcement: We need curation and guidance before any yet another protocol, that is if you want to maximize chances of mass adoption and minimize chances of undiscriminating brutal regulations. The reasoning is simple: 1. Having a permissionless base layer is good and the only way to avoid the pitfalls observed in TardFi; there is no arguing against it. 2. However, having a permissionless base layer doesn't mean we should be cool with any insanity built on top of it. 3. We can't censor the base layer because of 1 - and that is a good thing 4. => What remains is curating / self-policing. Only the most savvy users will go to the trenches of the base layer - and that's ok, I guess, if they see some weird shit. Most users interact at the app layer, where curation is possible. So, what exactly are we waiting for? Very few efforts are pointed in that direction, whatever the vertical is. Take stablecoins, for instance. There are many options—too much and too complex for a newcomer to navigate them, so there is a strong need for guidance. We have thousands of different stablecoins, yet only one decent offer at the curation layer of this vertical: @bluechip_org, an independent stablecoin rating agency. wen Bluechip ratings integrated into the front end to guide users? wen more agencies like Bluechip? wen meta-stablecoin rating agency offering a ponderated scoring based on various agency ratings? Considering stablecoins' prominence, we should already be at this later stage. The same approach is needed in almost every vertical: assessing decentralization and resilience of protocols - watch this space; @deficollective_ is coming in hot soon with the Mission Critical Protocol Guidelines and the first assessments. Tokenomics assessment Storage method evaluation for NFTs etc. So far, we have very few tools like these, despite pretty much the whole space agreeing on their massive utility. Take, for instance, the topic of navigating the various L2s. Do you remember how painful it was before @l2beat came up and provided an easy-to-understand yet exhaustive analysis of the various risks incurred there? We have a massive coordination challenge in front of us: we cannot hope normies share our geekiness in evaluating L2/stables/whatever. I know you degens: hardly any of you want to take more than 10 minutes to evaluate a stablecoin you might ape 7-figs into. So let me ask again: why don't we use our fancy coordination tools for some proper #DeFi public service for once? I'm thrilled to have started the @DeFiCollective_ with @nilsbundi & @floowp_ last October precisely to tackle part of this challenge. When the guidelines are released, they will not only be a curation layer, helping users and businesses discern decentralized-in-name-only protocols from those that live to the truest spirit of #DeFi; since its inception, it has also provided massive and free support to mission-critical protocols to help them grow. With the guidelines explicited and public, it will clarify the conditions to benefit from this significant support a few projects have been enjoying so far, including @PoolTogether_ @LiquityProtocol @catinaboxfi @0xDYAD & more. Our wish, hope, and goal is to nudge DeFi towards maximal resilience and decentralization. To start with a handful of projects fitting the guidelines, to end up with hundreds, years from now, as the Collective grows into a massive & unstoppable mission-critical #DeFi protocol support flywheel, helping them at every level: liquidity strategy, awareness, governance, technical and legal advising, and many more. Anyone can help; @DeFiCollective_ is a Swiss nonprofit association that is increasingly getting structured and will soon be ready to welcome new members. Yet there is no need to wait until then: if you'd like to contribute, check the website & hop on the Discord! Existing Collective's contributors and supporters will be first in line when it comes to expanding the association membership. PS: We're looking for a DeFi & people-savvy degen to handle the @DeFiCollective_ social media accounts and more; if that's you, my DMs are open.
